We signed a contract with Residential Concrete Works on 4/12/to have them replace a section of our drive way, put in a new side walk and a patio At the time we asked if they would move sprinkler and leave a foot of space between our basement window well and the patio Lino said they would and told us he would get us on the schedule I proceeded to call within the next couple of days to ask about a couple things including a call back to help me understand how this would work A concrete person never called me back I only got partial information from the lady that answers the phones with a date they would be at the house Next thing I know I received a phone call two days early telling me they were at the house I was at work and not there to tell them what to do I went home at lunch to talk with them and no one spoke English I went back to work and thought I’d get a call later in the day I got nothing

I contracted with the company to remove a concrete patio from the rear of the house and, install a new sidewalk, and remove and replace concrete garage floor and part of the drive Bid was approximately $9, Sidewalk has varying widths, inches in one place inches in another Not poured as the estimater indicated Garage floor was poured and water is leaking inside near the garage door when it rains They damaged a brick on the wall and it needs to be replaced They left two wheel barrows of concrete debri on the site and didn't completely remove the old patio steps Texted several times and was promised they would come out to look at the issue Now I'm not getting a response The price went from approximately $9,to $14,

The price for the entire project was very reasonable!!! I rated stars instead of because we thought they were going to move our sprinkler line out and ended up not being the case!
