Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/07/23) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Owner Contact Phone: [redacted] Contact Email: [redacted] If a customer or potential customer is called and they do not wish to be called they simply need to ask to be taken off a listFurthermore, a sales persons aim is to make sales and calling a disinterested party is unproductiveFurthermore, the complainant states the complaint as if no person is speaking to them and simply "hanging up" but later implies that they passed on the services and are aware of what we offerI personally feel that some sort of vendetta has been hatched as the legitimacy of the complaint is, in my opinion, compromised because of the conflicting statementsWe try our best to satisfy customers and non customers alike but there must be a concrete or legitimate concern before we can take action to rectify a situation Furthermore, if a contacted party is engaged and declines our services they are removed from our list as canvassing disinterested parties is also very non productiveOn a final note, our company specializes only in public service campaigning and does not sell advertisingIn closing any customer wishing to be removed from a calling list can be removed simply by requesting to be removed

New World Marketing has recently updated their business phone system and in turn has changed their phone # which is why the client had trouble getting throughThe new number is [redacted] and has been updated on all correspondence with clientsNew World Marketing has a day cancellation period in which any client can cancel for any reasonIf Mr [redacted] would have simply expressed his desire to cancel within the day period in which he did receive correspondence from NWM on numerous occasions, NWM would have cancelled said invoiceNew World Marketing has contracts with hundreds of stations across the country and takes exception to any business questioning the legitimacy of their businessNWM will cancel Mr [redacted] invoice and will no longer contact Mr [redacted] for any reason

New World Marketing has a day cancellation period for any and all its clients which Mr [redacted] did cancel in a timely mannerNew World Marketing has opened an internal investigation as to why this matter was disregarded to this extent and would also like to apologize to Mr [redacted] for the delay New World Marketing will contact Mr [redacted] to issue a refund and to inquire about this situationNew World Marketing has restricted the clients account and will not longer contact after this complaint is resolved

My business has sponsored many different community campaigns thru New World Marketing and I have nothing but great things to say about this companyI love that my business, a local bakery, is advertised with a great message attached, I have participated in the missing children campaign, auto safety, military salute, and even a program at Christmas for a toys donationI love that a positive message is sent thru my community and my business is named

NWM has released the [redacted] of its obligation for this advertisementThis was ordered by a [redacted] who claimed to be a partner of the businessNWM is not a scam and we do not just send invoices to random businessesThis order was placed in November of and at which point NWM went to work for the caféNWM has cancelled the order and would like to state that if this business does not have control of its employees then this should not be a valid complaint

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/04/25) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] CEO Contact Phone: [redacted] Contact Email: [redacted] New World Marketing has had AAA Doors Plus as a client on multiple occasions without incidence in the pastAfter researching the past history of the sales representative that was assigned to Mr [redacted] it has come to New World Marketing's attention that this individual is working for a competitor of New World MarketingNWM believes that any payment or correspondence was made to this competitor and not NWMMr [redacted] did remit one payment to NWM on 10/14/which was applied to AAA Doors Plus, at which point production and service is renderedNWM has decided to close any further payment or collections on Mr [redacted] 's account and will cease to do any future business with Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] was informed of this and NWM requested his assistance in locating copies of the signed checks that were remitted to the wrong party so that NWM could pursue legal action upon said party for misrepresentationMr [redacted] politely declined cooperation with NWMSince Mr [redacted] did receive service from NWM at drastically reduced rate after only receiving a quarter of what was due for the service, New World Marketing considers this a closed account and issue

instance NWM contacted Mr***, who is the assigned authorizer for the account, to renew his advertising with NWM on the 10th of AprilNWM did receive one payment from*** Heating and Refrigeration on the 22nd of April at which point NWM begins production and advertising on*** Heating and Refrigeration*** Valdez the manager of* Heating and Refrigeration said that the payment was not authorized by her and requested a refund for the dollar paymentIt is policy for all NWM employees to not give refunds or cancelation to any account unless requested from the authorizer for said accountUpon receipt of this complaint and further investigation into the past history of the account, NWM has issued a refund for the to*** Heating and RefrigerationThis would have been done on the first request if Mr*** would have simply been the one to request the refundNWM has also cancelled this account and any future contact with*** Heating and Refrigeration*** and*** Heating and Refrigeration has been informed of the refund request and cancelation
