NWM has released the [redacted] of its obligation for this advertisement. This was ordered by a [redacted] who claimed to be a partner of the business. NWM is not a scam and we do not just send invoices to random businesses. This order was placed in November of 2016 and at which point NWM...

went to work for the café. NWM has cancelled the order and would like to state that if this business does not have control of its employees then this should not be a valid complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, the businesses response is not truthful as I submitted a cancelation request by mail well within the 45 day period with their first invoice which they did not honor.  I also called the number they referenced and was still unable to reach a live person in my attempt to resolve this issue prior to involving the Revdex.com.

New World Marketing has recently updated their business phone system and in turn has changed their phone # which is why the client had trouble getting through. The new number is [redacted] and has been updated on all correspondence with clients. New World Marketing has a 45 day cancellation period...

in which any client can cancel for any reason. If Mr. [redacted] would have simply expressed his desire to cancel within the 45 day period in which he did receive correspondence from NWM on numerous occasions, NWM would have cancelled said invoice. New World Marketing has contracts with hundreds of stations across the country and takes exception to any business questioning the legitimacy of their business. NWM will cancel Mr. [redacted] invoice and will no longer contact Mr. [redacted] for any reason.

All any business has to do to be taken of the call list is simply ask the New World Marketing customer service department. At which...

point the client is taken off the list. [redacted] and his company has been taken off the list and will no longer receive any calls from New World Marketing.

I apologize for the misunderstanding on this matter. WXFN was one of the first contracts that we have had at NWM. It is stated in NWM's contract that a station can cancel at any time. It has come to our attention that Mr. [redacted] purchased the station in 2013. NWM's contract was from 2008 with the...

previous owners. The contract was with a [redacted] who was the general manager at one point. NWM had no knowledge of the change in ownership. I have sent a letter to Mr. [redacted] stating that NWM has ceased all canvassing on behalf of WXFN. I would also like to apologize to Mr. [redacted] for any confusion on this matter and wish to express my gratitude for our previous working relationship with WXFN. I regret that our relationship has to end but would like to wish WXFN and Mr. [redacted] all the best for their future endeavors.

New World Marketing has had AAA Doors Plus as a client on multiple occasions without incidence in the past. After researching...

the past history of the sales representative that was assigned to Mr. [redacted] it has come to New World Marketing's attention that this individual is working for a competitor of New World Marketing. NWM believes that any payment or correspondence was made to this competitor and not NWM. Mr. [redacted] did remit one payment to NWM on 10/14/2013 which was applied to AAA Doors Plus, at which point production and service is rendered. NWM has decided to close any further payment or collections on Mr. [redacted]'s account and will cease to do any future business with Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] was informed of this and NWM requested his assistance in locating copies of the signed checks that were remitted to the wrong party so that NWM could pursue legal action upon said party for misrepresentation. Mr. [redacted] politely declined cooperation with NWM. Since Mr. [redacted] did receive service from NWM at drastically reduced rate after only receiving a quarter of what was due for the service, New World Marketing considers this a closed account and issue.

are 10,000 phone calls made on a daily basis. NWM has addressed this issue with[redacted] and has removed [redacted] from our call list. It is NWM's belief that this was a mistake of two different sales reps calling the same potential client during the same period of time. NWM prides itself with its customer service and will take any business of the calling list if that is what the business desires. [redacted] has been removed from the call list and will no longer be contacted by New World Marketing.

If a customer or potential customer is called and they do not wish to be called they simply need to ask to be taken off a...

list. Furthermore, a sales persons aim is to make sales and calling a disinterested party is unproductive. Furthermore, the complainant states the complaint as if no person is speaking to them and simply "hanging up" but later implies that they passed on the services and are aware of what we offer. I personally feel that some sort of vendetta has been hatched as the legitimacy of the complaint is, in my opinion, compromised because of the conflicting statements. We try our best to satisfy customers and non customers alike but there must be a concrete or legitimate concern before we can take action to rectify a situation.
Furthermore, if a contacted party is engaged and declines our services they are removed from our list as canvassing disinterested parties is also very non productive. On a final note, our company specializes only in public service campaigning and does not sell advertising. In closing any customer wishing to be removed from a calling list can be removed simply by requesting to be removed.

New World Marketing on five different occasions over the past year and half with no complaints. New World Marketing prides itself on customer service and allows a two month time period where any client can cancel services but all cancellations have to come form the authorizer. This is due to the fact that employees of company's contracted with NWM have a tendency to occasionally take it upon themselves to make decisions for their company without any knowledge of the owners wishes. New World Marketing will remove [redacted] from their client list and cancel the current outstanding contract with [redacted]. New World Marketing considers this a closed case.

Marketing has opened an internal investigation into why there was a lack of communication between NWM and the Bakers. Regardless of the findings New World Marketing would like to apologize to the Bakers for the lack of communication and upon receiving this response has issued said refund and restricted the clients account. NWM will not contact the Bakers in the future.

Promised and paid for advertising and never got it called and asked for a refund and they agreed . Said that they would send an email verifying the check that they were mailing out and NOTHING. Now they will not answer the phone.

New World Marketing records all payments and verification of orders so any withdrawal from a clients account must be authorized by that client at the time of the payment.
