In we were approached by a representative at New World Marketing regarding a *** *** sponsorshipWe went ahead and approved a one time donation with the understanding that our business would receive a week's worth of air timeA few months later, we received a letter saying that we had approved another weekWe in no way approved thisWe reached out to New World Marketing and after speaking with several agents, was finally connected to a managerWe advised the manager that we had only approved the one timeShe pulled the call and found that we had not approved any further charges to our account and had not approved any further air time to be invoicedShe apologized and stated she would issue a full refundWe did not receive an email of confirmation for this cancellation or refundApproximately one month later, we finally received a check from New World Marketing as a refund for the unauthorized chargeEarly November 2016, we received an invoice from New World Marketing stating we had approved another weekAccording to this invoice, the approval was given from our company on October Our business is very small, no one here received a phone call from New World, nor did they approve this serviceWe called on November and spoke with an agent who said we had already been charged and this invoice is closedWe asked for a manager and was told one would return our call that dayWe never got a call back from a manager, so we have reached out to them again this morningI spoke to Vince who said he will have a general manager call me back in hourAn hour and minutes later, still no return callUPDATE: I called again, asking to speak with Trish the General Manager who was to return my calls and never didI ended up speaking with Kim, the assistant to the General Manager who began the refund processShe restricted our account for no further contact and removed our bank account information from their data baseI was advised that a refund check will be issued Friday and a scanned copy will be emailed to me at that timeAs a business ourselves, we strive to be honest and do business with integrityOur opinion is that New World Marketing does not share those same valuesIt is frustrating that we had to take so much of our own time to get this resolved, a matter that should not have occurred in the first placeBut we do appreciate that Kim took a handle on it when she got on the phone and we hope that she follows through with the expectations she gave us

New World Marketing records all payments and verification of orders so any withdrawal from a clients account must be authorized by that client at the time of the paymentNew World Marketing has indeed sent a check for the refunded amount which has yet to clear the bank so we have stopped payment on

My business has sponsored many different community campaigns thru New World Marketing and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I love that my business, a local bakery, is advertised with a great message attached, I have participated in the missing children campaign, auto safety, military salute, and even a program at Christmas for a toys donation. I love that a positive message is sent thru my community and my business is named.
