This company charged my credit card times a monthly fee weeks in a row The agreement is a MONTHLY FEE not WEEKLY FEE credit monitoring service

After canceling my subscription money was taken from my bank account the following month, and they refuse to refund the money After having identity IQ for credit monitoring services for around years, I called and cancelled my account on or around the 12th of October of this yearThey refunded my October payment and I thought that was the end of itOn November 14th Identity IQ took $from my account I called them on the 14th and they said they have no record that I cancelled and that they will put the cancellation through but refuse to refund the $they stole from my account

Two phone representatives hung up on me and lied about their system being down when I tried to cancel my subscription I called the first time to cancel my subscription since they don't provide this feature online for some reason After listening to spam promotions I was put through to an overseas representativeThis gentlemen proceeded to yell at me and hung upon me Called a second time More spam promotionsAnother overseas representative lied to me and said their system was down (I was on their live website!) and he hung up on me as well I was forced to cancel my debit card associated with that account so as not to be billed again

You cannot cancel ANYTIME; hours are 8:30-5pm CST Customer service doesn't work on weekends or holidays No other alternatives are provided I am on day three of my trial period with Identity IQ The company advertises that you can cancel anytime they do not go into any details on how to cancel Upon researching...you cannot cancel ANYTIME; hours are 8:30-5pm CST Monday thru Friday only! No evenings, no weekends, and you can forget holidays; you can only call during those times to have an agent cancel it for you There is no option on their site to allow you to cancel it yourself...like canceling via email, [redacted] ...that would be too easy and they wouldn't make their profit I even tried to cancel using the email address they used in responding to my signing up for the trial period...it came back as a "donotreply" email address...this REEKS of being a deceptive practice I have notified my credit card company and this complaint is my written documentation

Absolutely worthless can get far better use out of [redacted] for free than what they charge forOn a positive note they did refund me after I talked with a supervisor

This company refuses to allow me or anyone else to cancel via writing I had signed up for the free trial without knowing the hassle this would get me intoI emailed the company's customer service to cancel and they told me I would not get a personal response back and can only cancel if I call by phoneI do not want to call, I want to cancel in writing so that I can verify proof that it was canceled and I will not be charged in the futureI no longer wish to use this service now or ever, it feels like a trap

Cancelled service policy cannot be legal I cancelled my service on 6/8 with Marise at IdentityIQ....she said I would not be able to get a refund as I still had 12 days left in my billing cycle and I told her that was fine....I asked that she just cancel as of my renewal date and not charge me any longer. Marise explained that she could only cancel as of the day I called in on so I would have to call in on the 19th and cancel so it would not be billed on the 20th. the first issue with that is that I am a busy working woman and I set time aside to call today and cancel...who knows if I will even remember to call on the 19th....second I am very leary of a company that cannot set a cancellation into progress for my next billing cycle. so my service was unfairly cancelled today although I had 12 days left in my billing cycle that I firmly believe I should be refunded for. I have call individuals several times these individuals keep charging my debit card it debited twice for for November I see right now they got Shady business practices

They did not provide the advertised services and I would like a refund
I signed up for the service under the impression full identity theft insurance was providedHowever when I attempted to make a claim I learned it was not as comprehensive as they advertised

I signed up in December of I called the canceled before my trial period ended Its almost June and I'm still getting chargedI called to cancel again they conveniently have no record of me ever calling to cancelUse at your own risk
