I have been trying for months to get this company to stop billing meThey have charged me for months after I asked to cancel service!
My wife and I signed up for credit monitoringMy wife does the finances and knows all the questionsI tried to cancel and apparently didn't answer the questions rightI have tried many to times to get them to stop charging my card and they refuseI have never been able to view my credit report due to the fact I didn't answer their question correctlySo we are talking about over months @ $Not mention they have thrown my account into overdraftI want a refund and to cancel service for the last time!

After canceling my subscription money was taken from my bank account the following month, and they refuse to refund the money
After having identity IQ for credit monitoring services for around years, I called and cancelled my account on or around the 12th of October of this yearThey refunded my October payment and I thought that was the end of itOn November 14th Identity IQ took $from my account I called them on the 14th and they said they have no record that I cancelled and that they will put the cancellation through but refuse to refund the $they stole from my account
