Identity IQ keeps billing me after I cancelled their service
On January 18th I called to cancel my account and my husbands because we did not need to pay a monthWe were forced to use them as part of our credit repair program, and since the program was done, we needed to cancelImmediately a customer rep tried to convince me of the perils of removing the service and after several times of asking, they cancelled my service and my husbands and said we WOULD NOT be billedToday I see a bill for for identity IQ, so they are charging one of us again, even after promising there would be no more chargesAt this time, I am worried they are also going to charge another for the other account

IdentityIQ continued to charge me after account was canceled, and refused a refund,
I signed up for IdentityIQ's services in April of this year, and then called and canceled my account in May
I never used the services after I canceled it they claim I didn't cancel no further charges should have come out of my account they have continued taking money for May June July August and September

This company refuses to allow me or anyone else to cancel via writing
I had signed up for the free trial without knowing the hassle this would get me intoI emailed the company's customer service to cancel and they told me I would not get a personal response back and can only cancel if I call by phoneI do not want to call, I want to cancel in writing so that I can verify proof that it was canceled and I will not be charged in the futureI no longer wish to use this service now or ever, it feels like a trap

When I first started with this company my spouse and I joined over the telephone When I decided to cancel the account I checked my bank statement and found that they were still withdrawing the monthly fee I called today and was told by Jessey that my spouses account was not cancelled only mine It was never discussed with me that only one name would be cancelled and not both even though the account number is the same Once again they withdrew the monthly fee yesterday from my bank Jessey seemed uninterested in helping me get this straightened out and did not offer any possible solution other than "oh well"

I called Identity IQ to ask about their free trial I was able to confirm that the first month was a day free trial, and decided to give it a try I signed up with Identity IQ to get my credit report and to see if their services could benefit me I checked my credit report once I signed up, and although the credit scored did not accurately reflect my current scores, I though maybe they were just a couple days behind So, I chose not to cancel right that moment I also wanted to see how the service worked regarding monitoring So, I printed out the detailed report
