Horrible companyI signed up on Facebook for a "free" sampleThe small print--which I did not see, says they will charge you after days They will also continue to send you the product and charge you monthly However, when you receive the product--there are no invoices included that reiterate this--nor does the email confirmation say this very important informationProduct takes about days to get to you--by then, even if I did read the small print, I had forgotten it and there isn't a reminder Product does not workWhen I called to question the charges and cancel, they harass you when you and try to offer more discounts to keep the scam goingOutrageously priced..they say it takes days to see results...but you have to cancel within days...so in theory, you are out $before you know if it works or notWhen I called, they wouldn't cancel the order and wouldn't refund my money [redacted] from the company told me if I returned the product, they would give me a 50% refund....but I had to wait until I got the productWhen I received the product and called back, they told me no one works there by the name of [redacted] and that no one would tell me thatI said I actually have a recording and they said "no you don't" and refused to have me send it to anyoneThere are no email contacts on the website On the flip side, when you order this product they offer another "free" trial of an eye cream...when I called that company to cancel, they still harrass you...but in the end, gave me a 75% refund that dayTotal and complete scamUnethicalCrap Product

I called Nexacell to cancel my free trial within the day period, (ordered on 4/8) but was told my trial period could be extended for weeks Before I could call to prevent an $charge to my credit card, the account was charged on 4/ When I called today on 5/to Nexacell again, they said there was no record of my call The agent, ***, did give me a refund of $to my account There was also another product in this online add...an HR cream, evidently from another company, which I did not know I paid different shipping costs of $and $2.95, but did not realize I had to cancel the HR cream with another company and that there would be another $charged to my account for this cream The advertising was very deceiving Plus, I have not seen any improvement in my skin

The complaint mentions that our information was not provided, however that is incorrect. Upon enrolling into our trial program, customers are provided with an email confirmation that has our customer service contact information. This information is also available on the customer's credit card statement with each charge, on our product labeling, and within the contents of every shipment. According to our records, Ms. [redacted] contacted our offices 4/11/2017 and we issued a cancellation on the account. Since then, there has been no further charges or shipments.
