Hi ***, Thank you for following up on my complaint. The companies dishonesty continues. According to their response I agreed to partial refunds of $My response to their offer was that it was not acceptable. Also, they say go to their web site “trynexacell.com” to see their free trail offer. If you google “trynexacell.com” there is no site which comes up however, there are two or three sites with complaints about Nexacell where people were scammed the same way and there was no agreement of being charged $after the trial. Thanks to your effort, their response is that they will refund me the $and $for the second shipment (which I returned to them unopened).Hopefully I will see it on my next credit card bill. I don’t quite trust them. Again, Thank you. $is a lot of money to be scammed. I thank the Lord there are people like you willing to help.

There was a FaceBook ad for Nexacell for $ No terms or conditions Just requested shipping address and credit card As it turns out, it is a trial offer and then automatic shipments and charges for $monthly Definitely not listed that way on FaceBook I cancelled first order as charges appeared I haven't received product yet Will see how return goesI believe it is against the IL statutes to charge for a product before it is received
