Any issues with their product must be handled by their company directly.According to our records, Ms. [redacted] selected to enroll into our trial program as of 2/11/2016. We issued a cancellation to the account when we received a call from her on 6/1/2016 and issued a partial refund in the amount of $47.73. The tracking information for each package that was sent, indicates that all of the product was received and the address information also matches what has been posted within the complaint. You may verify the tracking with the following information at www.usps.com02/11/2016 - [redacted]03/27/2016 - [redacted]04/26/2016 - [redacted]05/26/2016 - [redacted]Nevertheless, we understand that Ms. [redacted] is not satisfied and would like to resolve the issue. Though the purchase was past the guarantee period, by accepting this partial refund the customer had agreed to settle and cancel the account. Our company only sells Nexacell and any additional products that may have been purchased would be from a separate company. We would like to apologize to the customer if they felt intimidated while in contact with our customer support team. We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our records indicate that a call was made by the customer’s bank representative to our support team on 3/7/2017. We were able to come to an agreement and the customer’s account was therefore canceled and a refund was then issued for the full price of $97.27 (including tax) on 3/7/2017. Please Advise Ms. [redacted] that any charges regarding different product would be from a separate company and they would need to contact the company directly for assistance.According to our records, the earliest contact that we received from Ms. [redacted] regarding the trial offer was on 11/28/2016 which is the same day the  that the trial offer had expired. No other records indicate any contact prior to when the offer had is expired. I called Nexacell to cancel my free trial within the 14 day period, (ordered on 4/8) but was told my trial period could be extended for 2 weeks. Before I could call to prevent an $89.85 charge to my credit card, the account was charged on 4/22. When I called today on 5/2 to Nexacell again, they said there was no record of my call. The agent, [redacted], did give me a refund of $31.44 to my account. There was also another product in this online add...an HR cream, evidently from another company, which I did not know. I paid 2 different shipping costs of $4.95 and $2.95, but did not realize I had to cancel the HR cream with another company and that there would be another $88.78 charged to my account for this cream. The advertising was very deceiving. Plus, I have not seen any improvement in my skin.

Our return policy specifies that any automatic shipment within 30 days of it's original processed date refundable through provided returns authorization (RMA). We will be able to issue 2 immediate refunds in the total amount of $192.28, however previous charge is none refundable. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to process.
