The service gets the job done. My wife and I use Nextiva for our business and have recommended it to any of our friends that run their own business.

Review: For 12 months Nextiva billed us for services that we didn't request, we asked for a fax line but the representative added a phone line and a fax line, unbeknownst to us we were paying for both lines instead of just the fax service. We called and requested a refund and we were initially told that the refund would be issued but then we were contacted by 'Chris' from Nextiva to be told that we would not be receiving the refundDesired Settlement: Refund of the money that was debited from our business account for services we did not request.

Review: I am an OB/GYN physician in [redacted]. We changed our phone services from [redacted] to Nextiva back in February 2013; it took Nextiva almost 5 months to take care of all the porting. Along with paying Nextiva for their services, we were also paying Lumous during the porting process. Since services began we have experienced multiple problems including call drops, no fax services in bound and out bound and all our office phones shutting off for rebooting numerous times throughout the day. We have tries to contact Nextiva regarding these issues and we are unable to get a response from anyone, and to date the automotive phone system that is in place is still incorrect with the name of the office and the doctor’s name. This is highly unacceptable especially since we are a medical office and our phone and fax services are extremely important and can affect the well being of our patient and their unborn child!!Desired Settlement: I believe we should be refunded in full so services that we were promised and not received

On July 15, 2013 [redacted]., a Nextiva representative, spoke with [redacted] (a representative of [redacted]s company) and reviewed all Nextiva service issues. Here's additional information on the status of [redacted]s service:

*We resolved the log-in issue associated with the vFAX service by resetting the password on the account. [redacted] has confirmed that she's now able to access the online management portal for vFAX.

*We re-recorded the auto-attendant greeting in order to properly pronounce the doctor's name.

*Our technical staff continues to work with [redacted]s company to address the intermittent call dropping issue.

*As an act of good faith we have issued a free 30 day service credit

99% of our work is on the phone and email. We are 6 people operation. The phone system we used to have was a single line. I researched bunch of different systems, we chose Nextiva. The price was right, there support team is epic. We wanted to project our self’s as a large business and Nextiva helped us make that happen.

I use Nextiva for trunking lines with my Mitel PBX. I purchased the PBX three years ago and spent a lot of money for the system and phones and I'm not ready to just let go of the system for a off-prem hosted system. The trunk lines work well. Quality and speed to connect is great. The pricing is very good too.

I'm writing to share my experience with Nextiva. While it would take a long time to write all my thoughts on them, I would like to say that they deserve this 10 out of 10 rating. Flat out, everything works and when we have questions they're very kind and knowledgeable to help us.

Phone service from Nextiva has been key to our recent success as an e-commerce platform. What we like most about their products is its ease of use. Their toll free number and email-fax service has helped us implement our business plans within price we can afford. Most importantly, none of our employees had any problem transitioning to their user friendly service. Nextiva's technical support team is knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt in delivering quality support. Low pricing was another reason for us opting for Nextiva. We are glad we took the right decision.

Review: We went into an agreement with Nextiva for a phone system at our non-profit org for 10 phones. Before signing the contract (which initially we did not have to do - was to be month-to-month.); the salesrep - [redacted] - wanted us to run a systems check for internet speed. It proved too slow, but in trying to work it out - our staff member and [redacted] agreed to get Verizon out to upgrade our service. The no-contract deal went sideways when taxes and insurance calculated the monthly cost too high (for us)...I faxed our tax exempt form and [redacted] said that a 2 year contract would also help lower the cost. Long story short - it took Verizon over 2 months, many phones calls; finally a corporate call demanding customer service; to get to us. In the meanwhile, Nextiva was billing us monthly (auto debit) even tho none of thier phones were plugged in. We were charged a contract breakage of $100 (even tho their email letter says they don't do that), and we were held liable for the 4 months fees pulled from our checking account totaling $1520.04.Desired Settlement: We would like our $1520.04 back.

They kept calling and hanging up so after getting calls from them with 2 different numbers I felt like they deserved some of the same medicine. I CONTINUALLY kept calling those 2 numbers it woul ring forever and change to music then ringing again. late at night..suck it!!! Finally blocked them.

Nextiva offers great service and the best quality and reliability out of the providers we’ve used. It has been the most reliable so far and the customer service reps are friendly and helpful.

As a small travel company, I was looking for a professional [redacted] service that fits a tight budget. Nextiva has become an important part of our daily operations, from receiving faxes, to booking hotels, and scheduling interviews. What makes Nextiva even more important for us is that everything continues whether we’re in the office or not. There services are easy to use, and it is backed up by a helpful support team.

Review: I contact the company to request eFax service ,I did get get and they charged my account $59 and I called why they made me realized that I select whole year instead of monthly, I said there is clear option to choose , but they old me if you want to change we can do that but I said its ok. I tried after a while from charging my account , I tried to look in to activate the number by sending some faxes from my business, then , I discovered that my account is disabled, and I was directed to call a number, when I called , they told me they need copy of my credit card and my license. I was shocked. I feel I have been discriminatedDesired Settlement: I would like to go FWD on this case because I feel I have been treated unfairly

Unfortunately, we were unable to originally very Mr. [redacted] account, resulting in his disabled account. We use the phone, faxing and call answer service for the office. It’s been great not having any more phone bills, even with a more reliable phone service. Nextiva helped reduce a massive overhead cost in a call center of all businesses, compared to what the local phone company used to charge. The auto attendant is just so cool and the voicemail to email was an unexpected bonus that can only add to a company’s efficiency.

We needed a new phone solution for my small business when we found Nextiva. [redacted], the sales rep really impressed me with his knowledge of the system and the different packages. When you look at all the features you get, the price is really fantastic. I'm paying $140/mo for 6 lines and and the system really makes my business look like a fancy corporate company with the hold music and voicemail and the dynamic greeting system. I can see which employees are available and we can transfer calls. The phones are really cool and when I call people from my cell phone and it goes through the nextiva line, they see my business caller ID, which looks amazing. Not to mention how good their service is... Nextiva is AWESOME!!!

Nextiva’s call quality is super! The installation went seamlessly and I love how they are always adding new features and equipment to make customers’ lives easier. I would highly recommend Nextiva.

I've been looking for a VOIP system for a few weeks. Did my home work and after many reviews we went with Nextiva. I was very impressed when I called the sales department and the rep was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me implement a new cloud phone solution for our company. We've been using it for three weeks now and absolutely love it!

A great company that knows what it’s doing. They should be a model for all other phone companies and they are well worth my time writing. I took a test drive with them and used 2 lines of their service before switching my entire office. I recommend doing this before signing up, it really helped me understand the service and what features we needed. I will keep using Nextiva, without any plans to stop. It’s probably the best phone company I have ever used.

I love Nextiva's phone service. Crystal clear calls, affordable and efficient.

We have had Nextiva at work for almost a year now and I must say the system it great. As the Network manager, my department was responsible for customizing the auto attendant according to the company’s needs and Nextiva has great options available. They made it easy to direct incoming calls to the right line. I am always looking for ways to make my systems offer more productivity and this means that callers no longer have to talk to three different people before they get hold of the person. It brings the perfect balance between automation and interactive with a real person and customers have complimented us for that.
