I've been using Nextiva since July 2012, and have been very happy with the service. Customer care has always been so helpful, and answer most questions. The android app rocks! I would definitely recommend this service..

Been on this plan for a little while now and find it super easy and very user friendly. It gives our business a professional flair at a fraction of the cost of a normal PBX. Customer support has also been very helpful.

Nov 21, 2016 - I am receiving frequent daily calls from someone employed thru this company requesting access to my computer claiming my security software needs upgrading. I told him I knew this was a scam which made him very angry. Since then he has continued to call on a daily basis several times per day. This man has used extreme profanity. He uses the phone code to hide the caller ID but forgot one time and it displayed as 'Nextiva, Inc.' I have notified the phone company, the sheriff's department, the FCC and now the Revdex.com in hopes that something can be done.

I was recommended Nextiva by a business partner who has had them for some years. Very happy he did so because we had a pretty terrible experience with our last provider. Our last provider had a billing department that was unorganized and they made you feel as though the issues were your own fault! Nextiva is complete peace of mind in terms of their billing system and their product. Nextiva has been great for us and was a pretty easy switch. They are 100% worth a shot. They really work with you to make sure your service is set up how you like it.

Nextiva has been awesome for three years now. The sound clarity is great and the support is fantastic. Whenever we need something changed in our system, all it requires is one email to the team and the changes are done. I would highly recommend Nextiva to any business looking for a reliable, easy phone system.

terminated and a refund of $59.40 was issued. We recognize the inconvenience caused by the bank overdraft fees and have contacted Mr. [redacted] via phone and email in order to process a check reimbursement for this expense.

We have not heard back from Mr. [redacted] since [redacted], a Nextiva representative, sent an email message to Mr. [redacted] on January 7, 2014.

We are interested in achieving the settlement Mr. [redacted] has desired in his complaint. As an act of good faith we would like to reimburse him for the $34 bank overdraft fees. In order to process this matter, I’d appreciate it if Mr. [redacted] can contact [redacted] or I.

Very impressed with how fast and efficient it is. Signed up online on Monday, received my adapter on Wednesday and got going right away. The call quality is great but I’m really happy with the service. Will be recommending it to anyone looking for a decent VoIP service.

For those getting the hang-up calls, what that is, is a robo-call which dials your number and, if someone answers it is supposed connect the call with a human. Unfortunately, it doesn't always connect quickly enough to keep people from getting PO'd and hanging up. As to who is making those calls, it's a bill collection company that is either a part of Nextiva's business, or more likely is simply using Nextiva's phone services in their business. Either way, the number tracks back to Nextiva. I don't even know the name of the bill collectors, but I can tell you they engage in fraudulent and illegal practices, such as calling outside of the hours legal for making such calls, continuing to call persons who have warned them to never call them again, and most egregious, fraudulently representing themselves as law enforcement officers and threatening to "file a felony warrant" against the person called. All of these things are blatantly illegal, and the false personation is a felony charge. One of their worst offenders is a woman with the last name of Furr. I spoke with this fine lady today, and when she ran that phony "felony warrant" business against me I informed her that I know the law, she does not, and I am both a paralegal as well as a former law enforcement officer with about 10 years of experience. I told her that I WOULD file felony charges against HER if she or anyone else associated with them called me ever again. This degenerated into a swearing match, and yes I gave it to her just as filthily as she threw it at me. I finally decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and made about 70 hang-up calls in a row. When she started sending the calls straight to voicemail, I left her several messages which, altogether, probably went twenty minutes, and it of my electric toothbrush buzzing. Once my toothbrush ran down, I went back to the hang up calls. All together I must have tied up her phone for about an hour. That was probably a very unproductive hour. Finally she began answering her phone again. I told her that I can do this all day, every day, as I'm retired and have lots and lots of free time. I also told her that if she ever called me again I was going to file a criminal complaint against her, in my state, not hers. Where she would have to appear in person on multiple court dates, after she bonded out of jail. And of course she would have to hire an attorney, in my state, not hers. Expensive. I told her I was glad to hear that automatic message saying all calls were recorded, because I was going to subpoena those recordings of our calls. Whether any of this will get them to leave me alone, only time will tell. In the meantime, I will be gathering information about this company and that woman caller in particular, in preparation for future legal action. They're about to find out how much information a former detective and skip-tracer can dig up about them. I don't know if it's this Nextiva company or not, but either way they own the line, so they will own the Revdex.com complaint I'm about to file.

I'm on the phone a lot for business and always make long distance calls all over the country. Nextiva is a lot better than other VoIP's we have used. Customer service is absolutely great and the technology is top-notch. Call quality is important on long distance calls especially and Nextiva is very reliable.

We’ve been with Nextiva for about a year now. Other companies told us that we needed all kinds of special equipment, but our Nextiva agent said that was all unnecessary. He reminded me that we could cancel in 30 days if we had any issues. It really was as easy and reliable as he claimed. We called tech support a couple of times to help us get set up and show us how to make certain modifications and it has all been quick and easy. We’re more than happy with the decision to go with Nextiva.

Great company. Never had any issues. I have had them for 4 years. My favorite feature is 100% the IP phone service. I have employees in a couple different locations and we receive multiple calls a day. The service makes it look as though we are all in the same office. This includes calls to my cellphone. One stop shop with these guys. If you are looking to upgrade your phone system I would definitely recommend Nextiva.

We had no down time with Nextiva when we moved to a new office because our phones were already being forwarded to our cell phones. Setup was fairly easy, and the customer support was very helpful with troubleshooting. We are very pleased with Nextiva, thank you!

 they need to reimburss me for the amount after they lowered the cost of service to new customers that was for months to new customers for lower cost, how can they charge recent customers more and new ones less, that's unfair
