Please see the attached letter to Nextiva and the attachments to the letter.  We responded to the email as asked to close the account out.  The person we responded to was Richard who is no longer with the company.  Richard was to take care of this and obviously did not.  The reviews attached are similar to what we have experienced with this company who continues to have an A+ rating with Revdex.com.  Please review their rating as there is no way possible it would be an A+ and people depend on your service to review a company prior to taking on a contract with them.  Their reply is not acceptable to me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. It is very unfortunate that after multiple emails and multiple correspondences with customer service over a 4 month period that this matter could not be resolved until a complaint was posted with the Revdex.com.

Nextiva, Inc is a (VOIP AND CLOUD COMPANY) VOIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol,you can purchase a VOIP device from Amazon for around fifty dollars and never pay another phone bill again. Vonage is a VOIP company as well. Nextiva, In is calso using the number 901-416-4780. THey call and never leave a message. IF you call them back they hang up or you get a automated message. THey call as many as six times a day every day for weeks. I am on the do not call list, so I think they are in violation of the law for keeping on calling. SARAH JORDAN IS THE PERSON AT THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE IF YOU HAPPEN TO GET A LIVE PERSON WHEN YOU CALL BACK.

Every time I’ve called Nextiva, I’ve had a 5 star experience, including my most recent call. I always get through to a tech in less than two minutes and every tech I’ve worked with has had an expert understanding of both the Nextiva software and hardware. All the support that I’ve talked to is very knowledgeable.

I have had Nexitva for 2 years and I have only had 2 issues with them during that time. The first issue was with our Nexitva Fax and the other issue was one of the lines we had was not working properly. However, during both of these calls, I was treated extremely well, they took care of the issue relatively quickly, and I was overall impressed with how much they actually cared about getting my issue fixed. I would highly recommend Nextiva to any business!

Nextiva understands what it is like to start a new business and it has given us a professional image and a range of the flexible features to suit our start-ups needs. We started with the entry-level plan, but soon had to upgrade when we hired another 6 call center agents. Nextiva support was great about adjusting the account and getting it all sorted out. Very happy with the service and product quality.

After doing plenty research on all the different VOIP providers, I decided to go with Nextiva and I’m glad I did. Due to some issues with my ISP, I ended up having extensive dealings with Nextiva’s tech support. Hands down, Nextiva is the best I’ve ever dealt with in the all the years of working in this industry. Nextiva is a great company that offers amazing service. I am definitely sticking with Nextiva!

I decided to call the Nextiva call center before signing up online to see if I liked them first. I managed to get through to a rep right away, who explained my preferred package even better than the website. I had some technical questions too, and the technicians were also very helpful. When I eventually signed up, the setup was quick, although my office structure is a bit complicated. The way the system works complements my business perfectly. It has helped me save a lot of money in both phone bills and resources, thanks to the innovative product features Nextiva offers.

Review: Nextiva went through the entire presentation of their service to me asking questions to make sure that I had the right products to interact with their service, specifically my IP Desk Phones and my Internet Router. I spent 2 days(5+ hours each day) on the phone with support to finally get passed along to a manager for her to tell me that my phones and my internet router will not work with their service, after they had already guaranteed me they would and spent 2 days troubleshooting everything. Now the manager there has suggested that because my current setup is not working that I should buy their IP phones and their router, and that if I were to sign a 12 month contract with them I could probably get a discount on the phones. They lied to me initially to get me to sign up for $500/month service just so they could bait and switch me into buying their hardware when I had already purchased hardware that they said would be compatible with their system.Desired Settlement: I believe that since the original sales rep lied to me telling me my current setup would be perfect to utilize their service that I should be provided with their hardware that will work with their service at no cost, without having to sign a contract for 12 months. I refuse to sign a contract with a company who tells me everything will work great only to retract their statement 2 days into the service telling me I now need to purchase their phones and internet router.

This company calls my phone each day including Sunday. When I answer the phone they hang up. When I call the phone number back, they answer and say they are another company and immediately ask for who is on their caller ID. I have told them to stop calling and hanging up several times but they continue to call and hang up with out saying a word. This has to stop now.

Nextiva has been a great service provider to our business. It enables us to route calls to users working in home offices across four different states via one incoming number. The e-fax service delivers faxes straight to our inboxes. We’ve now been with Nextiva for three years and it is a great fit for a company like ours, where we’re anyone managing several users and all over the place.
