If it would have been explained like they are explained now,I wouldnt have bought that car but I would have bought another car .thats why the compaint is after the taxes.
I want either to conpesate me with the difference or get the car back, What I ment was for the dealer to take the car backIts not right *** *** that some salesman that they know their way around to lie like this.
So to recap the solution for me is for the dealer to take the car back or to compensate me with the amount that they lure me on buying the car Thank you.

Even if I signed the contract, it would be good business practice for the dealership to provide customer satisfaction by simply agreeing to renegotiate or taking back the vehicle for another one that is worth the price*** that has the loan stated that there is substitution of collateral Ultimately, it's in the dealers's sole discretion to undo the purchase

No one in the dealership asked me for my permission to run my credit six timesRegardless of anything no one asked me, and my credit score has dropped from a to a due to the six hard inquiriesThat is not right, that is my credit that has been affectedAlso in the finance office no one mentioned to me the interest rate of the carEven calling the company afterwards to let them know about this no one cared because they already received their money and told me " what's done is already done just pay it for the next year and we will see if we will refinance the car for you "How is that helping the customer in any way?If the interest rate is that high why not help me trade the car in for a cheaper one? Please review [redacted] denial letter along with parking summons on my trade in vehicle 07 Toyota. Also see attacted email conversation from myself & Mr M[redacted] the sales  manager from Nissan of queens. I've contacted Mr.Mike D[redacted] & Mr. Dominick M[redacted] via email asking them how come the bank sent me denial letter stating I was never approved for a auto loan, which lead me to believe there may have been some type of fraud on behalf of Nissan of Queens dealership. I also asked why was my trade in car get an summons for double parking while in there care. Mr. M[redacted] did responded about the parking summons but didn't answer about the bank loan denial from [redacted]. Which led me further to believe there was in fact fraud took in place.

 I feel that what they did was deaciving I don't understand if your guys are saying that the car has never been on a crash why when I took it to the Nissan in northern Blvd they did mention that there. And they were the once who sujest for me to write to you guys. Because they also believed in what they did to me was somehow fraud. I understand where the business is coming from but I absolutely think that if I go to another Nissan and they check the car, the me mechanic will lie about the hood of the car. And I understand financial take care of that part which I am totally fine but I also feel that they should resolve something regard the fact that I wasn't tying to purchase the vehicle just wanted a lease. And thy never mention nothing about buying the car. I didn't think they were so unprofessional about it and not explain to someone that upfront told them didn't really know much about fhis ...
