Review: They are fraudulent they sell service and warenty without having consent from the customers fraude documents and so much more horrible customer serviceDesired Settlement: Fine penalties

Review: Dropped my car off to Nissan of queens service to get my check engine light fixed, which was supposed to be under warranty, with a hundred dollar deductible. However, two days later I was contacted by Rob by who was my sales associate, stating my deductible was handled by nissan because it was a deficiency that was not fault. On Saturday morning a see a deduction out my bank account from Nissan of queen's Services for $328.28. I been calling to speak to the manager Sergio, but he never returned my call. When they transferred the call to him he hung a few times. Now I decided to take this further and get Justice. They all are crooks and my check engine light came right back on the same night I picked up my car.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the unauthorized charge of $328.28 that was charged to my bank account.

Review: I ended up purchasing a 2011 Nissan Rogue at Nissan of Queens, it is not the vehicle I wanted but the sales man [redacted] says that this suites me, he called $19,000 at the car lot, I asked him about my employee discount of $100 through a program with my job, I also had a printed out certificate with another vehicle I looked at online along with the discount, I had also checked the [redacted] on the vehicle I printed out, [redacted] said don't worry I will take care of u, he never showed me the vehicle I had printed on the paper with the discount, instead he show me this vehicle I ended up purchasing, he said it was in my budget, this vehicle I didn't see it online that morning when I was checking or else I would have never bought it, I would have read the [redacted] and had I known it was in an accident with previous owner, I would have never bought it. Nissan of Queens sold me this vehicle to me knowing it had an acccident, the finance man didn't tell me or the [redacted] or the sales man. When done, my bill came out to $30,000. They never gave me a [redacted] report or a bill of sale or my employee discount, am financing on the entire amount that I am paying for, this vehicle is only worth $15,000-$16,000 on four different sites that I have looked up on and get a quote, I tried for two weeks to talk to the [redacted] at the dealership, but they refuse to renegotiate the price back with me, as a firs time car buyer with Nissan of queens, I was robbed and even the [redacted] doesn't care to help me to at least give me back some money for this vehicle, now I am stuck with a loan for $26,500, they also added in $4300 in the loan. I pleaded with the [redacted] to help me out, bu they refused. I made a case with the head quarters, but nothing as yet. These people will fool u into buying used cars for tons of money and then they want nothing to do with the consumer after they get your money. they have to ethics and moral in that place, someone need to go there and investigate what and how they deal with customersDesired Settlement: I wish they can take the vehicle back and cancel the loan or renegotiate the price.

Response:

Good day. The customer came in on Monday and we started the process of cancelling the aftermarket items she stated that she no longer wanted. The price on the vehicle is not renegotiated after a customer takes delivery of the vehicle and all paperwork has been submitted to the bank and funded. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.

Even if I signed the contract, it would be good business practice for the dealership to provide customer satisfaction by simply agreeing to renegotiate or taking back the vehicle for another one that is worth the price. [redacted] that has the loan stated that there is substitution of collateral. Ultimately, it's in the dealers's sole discretion to undo the purchase.

When I went back November ** to speak to the finanace guy, [redacted], he didn't do anything for me, he said just make your payments and drive your car, I went back December *, 2014, the same guy told me he can't help me anymore, so did the used car lot [redacted] , no one wanted to help me anymore , they said there is nothing they can do for me. As far as I am concerned Nissan of Queens is the worst dealership in [redacted] Because they got there sale and commission so anything after that they have no care or concern. If the [redacted] wanted he could have given back or renegotiated a lower price, but he would do that, they refuse to lose any money, what about the fact they never told me the vehicle had an accident or they never gave me a car fax or the bill of sale is just a little yellow receipt or my employee discount didn't even matter ,

Review: Nissan Sentra 2014 Leasing issue.

During leasing contract its decided to be 3 year leasing contract but in paper work they put 2 year contract

Review: as per discussion with Nissan sale person contract should be of 3 years but while signing the contract they put the 2 year contract and hiding this information to customer end.

Nissan account no. [redacted]

Buyer: [redacted]

Model: Nissan Sentra SR

Contract date: 10/**/2014

Sale Person: Hussan

Location: [redacted]

VIN no.: [redacted]

During contract, Hussan told me the lease is for 3 years, so we are in conversation of deciding lease amount per month. after discussion when least amount was set to $140/ month which was agreed by both seller and buyer.

But during the contract signing they made fraud with us. They put 2 year contract instead of 3 year. Even the sale person Hussan didn't inform us about these changes in lease.

We come to know about this problem, when recently we got call from Nissan company.

Now after telling this issue to company they are not ready to make changes. They are doing it for 6 months but with more leasing money per month. I am unable to pay more money and I am not in situation to buy this car or give it back to company.

We planned to go for 3 years leasing contract but due to their sale person fraud we are in problem.

I requested you to please represent my case to Nissan.

Thanks and Regards

[redacted]Desired Settlement: As customer I need to renew my contract for 3 years and on same lease amount which is $140.00/month

Review: I purchased a 2015 Nissan Versa with this dealership on 10/**/14. After driving the car to work on Monday I noticed possible mechanical issues with the car that caused it to jerk forward when my foot was of the accelerator and the brake. I took of from work on Wednesday 10/**/14 to inform the dealership. The [redacted] was very persistent that there was no issue. I was never offered a test drive for this car prior to my purchase and when I asked for one, I was told by the salesman "Don't worry, it drives great." After discussing the issues I had surrounding my purchase, the [redacted] offered to cancel the contract. I agreed and my card was process for my deposit. When I asked about the loan that I took out to finance the car, no one would give me a straight answer about the process of returning the amount. I was told they would need the amount requested from the bank to send the money back (which they stated they did not have). The [redacted] told me he would cut the check the following day 10/**/14 and after being at the dealership for over three hours already, I agreed. I called the dealership later that day and was informed that there had been no movement with the process of returning the amount to the bank. I have called back everyday since and have been given the runaround. No one has given me a straight answer. I contacted the bank twice already and they informed me that they have not received any refund or contact from the dealership. The bank gave me all of the info about the amount owed from the dealership, the ways to return the amount (including overnighting it) and the address to send the money to. Every time I call the dealership they do not honor my request for a refund on a car that was defective and potentially dangerous to drive. Not having the refund prevents me from buying a new, safer car and forces me to miss work, as I travel for it.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to overnight a check for the entire amount of the loan taken out immediately.

Response:

Good afternoon [redacted].

[redacted] came in to our store to purchase a new Versa and after a few days decided she no longer wanted the vehicle. Although the contract had already been processed we felt it was in everyone's best interest to reverse the deal. The process of sending in a check has already been done on our end. Furthermore this transaction has zero effect on the customer purchasing a vehicle elsewhere as she states. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Respectfully Yours

[Your Answer Here]

The process of selling the vehicle was not up to standards that Nissan sets out to fulfill. I was declined a test drive and could have possibly been injured by the jerking of the vehicle. Frankly, I am concerned that the dealership feels as though there is no issue with returning the check to the bank. The bank has informed me that this will be necessary before I can purchase a new car, as it will show that I already have a loan out for a car. In addition, if there seems be no issue with me going forward, then why is it such a monumental issue to write a check back to the bank? I have attempted to contact the dealership numerous times and have been told blatant lies when I asked to speak with [redacted]s and finance. This service is unacceptable. The dealership needs to do the right thing and send the check back to the bank. It's hard to believe that as a consumer, I am being treated with such disrespect and dishonesty.

Sincerely,

Review: I renewed a lease with Nissan and shortly thereafter I had to travel overseas because I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In march I asked my mom to find out from the dealership if they had a way to postpone payments given that I was not driving the car because I was overseas recieving [redacted]. The dealership took in the vehicle without ever disclosing to my mom about the 6 month deference payment program and never told her about any fees or penalties that could be incurred from return of the vehicle. Furthermore as I was not in the country the dealership never bothered to try to call me or email me to confirm with the owner (me ) that it was in fact ok to return my vehicle and the terms and conditions that would come with that. I called nissan to verify that a payment was misposted to a previous account , and I was informed that a balance of $113 was missing . I called back to make the payment for that and they informed me that there is a voluntary surrender fee of $7,000 . I never physically gave in my car, and was never told tht such a horrendous charge would happen.Desired Settlement: The dealership was very unethical in allowing anyone except myself to make a sole decision about my lease. They never attempted to contact me either thru phone or email seeing that I was not in the country. They had no right to allow another individual to make decisions. This charge of $7000 is beyond unethical. They were grossly negligent to advise properly and properly execute due diligence to ontact the actual lessee of the vehicle.

The customer's mother and her husband left the car in front of the dealership and removed the plates. We simply grounded it to have Nissan pick the vehicle up.

Review: On December of 2013 my wife and I desired to change the vehicle we had before we went on a family trip to Florida. So, we started to search for a new vehicle online. We found a Nissan Armada 2012 for $35,577.00 at the Nissan of Great Neck website. We called the dealer in the morning of December [redacted] and they told us that the Nissan Armada advertised online was actually located at the Nissan of Queens. I called the Nissan of Queens and spoke to the salesman [redacted] , he verified that the car was actually at the dealer for the prize shown online and advised us to go into the dealer so that he can show us the car and give us more information.

My wife’s cousin, [redacted], and I went into the dealer and spoke to salesman [redacted]. He checked the VIN number of the car to make sure that it was the car shown online for $35,577.00. Since I liked the car for the prize shown, we proceded with the paperwork to finalized the sale. He then, referred me to [redacted] which was in charge of the financial processes. From this point on, we started dealing with [redacted]. The loan was to be under [redacted] but at all times I was part of this purchase since the car was for me and I made all the payments. I gave [redacted] $16,000.00 downpayment deposit for the car. After that, she told me that the loan from Capital One was going to be for $29,052.00 after the downpayment. That automatically didn’t sound right to me and told her that there was approximately a $3,000.00 discrepancy. I asked her to please show me the breakdown of the loan. She proceded to tell me that the $3,000.00 was a financial charge from Capital One in order to give us the loan. I asked her to please show me the receipt and she hand me a financial breakdown from the bank as a receipt of sale.

We left the dealer with the car and just the financial breakdown from the bank as a receipt. I never received a receipt from the actual dealer. The day after, my family and I left to Florida on a family vacation for 3 weeks. When I came back to New York, I approached the Federal Credit Union in Port Washington to see if they were able to offer me a better financial percentage on the loan. Credit Union checked all the paperwork on the loan from Capital One, and they noticed by the taxes that the car was sold to me at $38,500.00 instead of $35,557.00.Desired Settlement: Refund me the amount over the advertisement price .

Business

Response:

The agreed upon price for the 2012 Armada was $38500. All of the numbers and figures were gone over with the customer prior to them signing the contacts and taking physical delivery of the vehicle. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# 10012789, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because

I'm completely in disagreement with their response because we didn't sign any paper where the original price of the car appeared. They always made me believe that the price for the car was $ 35,777.00 ; I think that was the reason why they never made any buyer order with the details of the sale and the lady who was in charge of financial process made me believe that the difference ( $ 35,777.00 to $ 38,500.00 )was because the bank made a financial fee. Another thing is we signed all the documents of the sale before taking the car, but we took the car on the same day we started the transaction. We had to come back the next day to finish signing the papers, and I insist that they didn't give me a bill of the sale with the original price of the car once we finished with the transaction.

Review: I leased a car from Nissan of Queens and was never given the window sticker. After speaking to several friends they stated that I should have received the window sticker. I contacted the dealership and request the window sticker. I spoke with [redacted] who stated "Why are you calling now, we don't have it there is nothing you can do." I wanted the sticker because if I decide to purchase the car I want to know the info on the sticker. Furthermore I am unsure if I have all the features I am entitled to.Desired Settlement: I would like my window sticker. According to reviews this dealership has a habit of not giving window stickers.

Business

Response:

Good day. Unfortunately we are usually unable to obtain a window sticker once a vehicle has been sold. I have reached out to Nissan corporate to see if we can obtain one. If we are unable to we will do our best to get a list of the features of [redacted]'s vehicle. Please feel free to contact me if any further questions are needed to be answered.
