The company that I am making this complaint about still haven't fulfilled their end of the agreement which was to pay the balance of 1231.73 for the cost of repairs for my 2014 maxima that I traded in with them. I still have a outstanding balance and when I went into their office I felt like they were giving me the run around. They told me they need a copy of the bill but when I call the finance department they tell me they don't need a bill and that they won't be sending me a bill.

They give me the panphlet and when I asked them that it says "up to" , they assured me that for NY State you will get the maximum amount. Even when I told if they are sure, they told me that the panphlet is for other statas and for NY State they will give u the whole amount. They lied to me for everything. And I told them to take the car back , they said that they cant do it because for this amount of money the car is to expensive.

 Good evening, When I went to Nissan of Queens on August *, 2015 I signed a cancel warranty paperwork that stated it will take 30 days from the date you sign to receive your refund. Also instead of Mr. P[redacted] selling me a new warranty he should have transfer the old warranty over to my new vehicle or told me to cancel the old warranty when I signed a new contract for my 2015 Nissan Altima. As far pro-rated is concerned I don't accept that, because it's been over 60 days as of now and I have not received my warranty refund

Putting the down payment (approx $2300) would have brought my monthly payment to $389 for the next 36 months as opposed to $479. Setting aside the $2300 and using it to supplement my payment does not give me the same result. If I take the $90 difference and use the $2300 to supplement my payments, it does not carry for 36 months

Good day. The money down the customer saw in another ad was a cap cost reduction in which the first payment, taxes, bank fee and dmv have to be added. The $3700 the customer applied in the deal which they negotiated with us included all of that. The finance manager gave a full breakdown of all...

The salesperson hassled me back and forth for four hours and finally we came to the agreement that everything would be put into my monthly payments since they couldnt fullfil the promotion I brought in. The monthly is $289 and all the extra fees were aupposed to be included in that, thats what I was told! when I went to the final finance office to finalize, everything was different, he explained what it was for but I never agreed to made that deal to begin with! I was tricked into it because it was so tiring being there so long. When I called back and my daughter came in they treated us with disrespect and basically talked down to us as if we allowed ourselves to be fooled that it was our fault. The salesgirl was incredibly rude and noone offered any resolve or concern. I was tricked into paying this $3700. Not only that when my regustration card came they called and I asked for it to be mailed they said sure and it never came! When I called back dorothy yet again had the nastiest attitude towards my daughter as if we should accept some responsibility for it not being mailed properly since we didnt have our priorities in order to come and pick it up in the first place! This dealership is a scam and everyone that works in handles their customers with utmost disregard and smugness. I was lied to and got tricked into this deal. I want my money back and get the deal I agreed on.

Good afternoon, my mistake was not fully understanding the terms and conditions of the contract. The contracts where not explained to me regardless of what this company continues to state I know the truth and so do they. I listened to what was being said to me rather than what was on documentation. This experience is a lesson learned for me. At the end of the day, whether my issue gets resolved or not, at least I was able to make the Revdex.com aware of this shady dealership. Hopefully someone who is also a first time car buyer without experience will read this and stay far away from dealerships such as this one who only care about making the sale by any means, could care less about good customer service, and could care less about explaining to the buyer IN DETAIL! what someone is signing. The outcome for me is a car note that's way to high, an interest tate that people don't even have on their homes, six hard inquiries on a credit score that I WORKED FOR!, and being taken advantage of. It's truly sad what people will do to you just for money.

 The dealership fail to respond nor resolved the issue of the denial letter from [redacted] see attachments. Dealership said I was approved for the car loan & did in fact provide an vehicle, but later on received a denial letter stating I was not approved for car loan due to lack of discrepancy, poor credit histories, insufficient credit score etc. how is it possible within lees than 2 months my credit changed since April [redacted] all of the sudden my credit history & delinquency improved or my credit score increased to at least 800 & better to get approved again for the same vehicle mention on my previous complaints. As you know their has been several data breaches & consumer personal information has been manipulated/hacked persons identity exposed. I was concerned & not comfortable the response from the dealership & [redacted], had they communicated to my several emails explaining above mentioned I wouldn't reported this to the Revdex.com.
