I received an invitation from HSBC bank to open a new checking account and if I make two bills pay for three month, I will receive bonds of $I went to branch and open the account back on Oct I met the requirements but I did not receive what I was promised I called the # three weeks ago I was told we will investigated and get back to you in hoursI never heard backI stooped at branch I spoke with Nicole and Maliven the person who open the account for meI was told it take three months after I met the requirements I told him that passed a few month agoShe called the 800# and was asked to submit a request to investigate the mater and I will get a call in a day or twoTwo weeks passed by never heat back I called again Nicole said that I did not meet theI have been make bill payment more than times Some one has to hold those people accountable for the misleading services Account_Number: [redacted]

My home was severely damaged by Hurricane Irene in and then again Hurricane Sandy in making the property uninhabitable We suffered over one hundred thousand dollars in damage and the area declared a National Disaster Declared Area by FEMA I continue making payments, which was held by the bank but I receive re-imbursement from the bank three years laterThe account does have an escrow so any unapplied funds could have easily applied to escrow I was not delinquent in my mortgage payments I wrote to both banks, each said that my mortgage account was sold to a new company and should contact them I eventually received my money from HSBCThe same amount of the payments I madeMy money was sent to the new York State Comptroller Lost Property but I was able to claim my money funds from New York State Yet HSBC continues to report negative information on my credit report Thank you Mavis [redacted]

HSBC Beneficial sold this account to [redacted] In turn, I paid and settled this account for less than the full balance On April 11, 2017, I spoke with an [redacted] Representative who could not find my account on file She suggested contacting HSBC to locate the account In checking my online Credit Report later that day, I found that HSBC had placed a derogatory report on my credit report listed as “Collection” In contacting HSBC to request a Lien Release, the representative could not find my account by Social Security Number, Address, Zip Code, or former Account Number This is very disturbing in that my creditability has been damaged by this reporting an unfound Collection Report to the Credit Bureaus I request that this report is deleted from my files, and highly demand Letter of Lien Release to rectify this incorrect information immediately

Someone stole $out of my bank account and made purchases with [redacted] and ***Hsbc issued a provisional credit while they investigatedI completed and mailed the affidavit stating this was fraud an I had no knowledge of these purchasesOn December 29, their representative, Hoi LLiu, mailed me a letter stating they investigated and found it was unauthorized and the provisional credit would remain Today, I received a letter, dated 02/08/2017, from the same individual stating that a provisional credit was issued on 10/06/(not a typo) and that they would reverse the provisional credit of $on 02/15/ This is at least the second time I've had an issue with this bank in the last year where they decide to go into my account or prohibit me access from my funds
