HSBC issued $9,credit cards to both my spouse (Wayne ***) and I when we never applied for the cardsWe area also *** *** card holdersOur neighbors, also *** *** card holders, also received HSBC credit cards on the same exact day, with the same exact credit limitThey never applied for those credit cards either
We feel that our personal info was breached and that HSBC or some*** tied to HSBC is illegally sending credit cards to individuals who never applied for them via their website

I tried twice to get HSBC to deliver my 1099-Interest form by US Mail by calling customer service at *** *** *** Both times, I was put on hold for long periods of time, transferred to another deptand was finally told I need to personally go to a local branch to retrieve it My account is now closed and I don't have online access I never created an online account to begin with, so I cannot access this information online I have spent much time on this matter, and HSBC has failed to assist me I need this document to file my taxes

HSBC Bank USA NA was my mortgage lender for a number of years, effective 10/1/my mortgage and Escrow account was transferred to a new lender, *** Mortgage LLC At the time of the loan transfer HSBC did not have a copy of my October City School Tax bill from *** County, they received the bill electronically on 10/11/2016, days after the loan was transferred to the new lender As of, 10/19/2016, the new lender was never provided with the City School Tax billing information to make the payment on my taxes due 10/31/ HSBC Failed to provide the billing information after the loan had been transferred and failed to notify the City School Tax department in a reasonable time to of the new lenders billing address

Credit card was blocked without notice Tried to call customer service for assistance in unblocking that card Spent hours total on hold, with no resolution I was transferred several times, put on hold for 2+ hours and still cannot access my card

I made a purchase with my HSBC credit card, but cancelled the order with the merchantMerchant accepted the cancellation

In we filed bankruptcy while our Mortgage was with HSBC Bank, we did not reaffirm on our second mortgage but it is still showing as a lien on our property I have tried several times to get in contact with them to have the lien removed, I cannot seem to get the correct phone number, department or person to get the error corrected I mailed a letter to the address I was instructed could assist, which is listed in the complaint and have had no response from them, tis he letter was mailed February 12, I would just like for someone from the business to contact me and take care of the issue
I am not sure if you can help but I am out of options

On 3/18/18, my checking account was double billed $by a merchantThe two $transactions were taken from my checking account with HSBC on 3/20/leaving my checking account overdrawn by $On 3/21/18, HSBC took $from my select line of credit as an over draft and charged me a $transaction fee
I called HSBC to dispute the double $charges and was credited back one charge of $on 3/29/I was told to call back after the credit was made to discuss the overdraft charge
I called today, 4/11/I was told that I would not be credited back the transaction fee of $because they already did me the courtesy of crediting me the mistaken double charge of $because the merchant had double charged meI find this action predatoryI never would have needed the $overdraft if I hadn’t been double billed to begin withNow HSBC is making money off of me for the mistake of the merchant

A payment of $was made on 6/On 6/HSBC took the money from my *** checking accountIt has still not been applied to my account as of 7/
HSBC states that payment will be applied same day but may take 2-business days to appear onlineI can see the payment posted but yet HSBC says it is on hold and won't apply it to my accountHSBC withdrew the money from my *** checking account on 6/They cannot provide any reason as to why they have not applied the money they took from me to my accountIt has now been days and business days since I made the payment

I previously had loans from this business The home equity loan was charged off at some point in or I have now sold my home and need the paperwork for closing that discharges the loan from the title
I have requested this paperwork since 6/14/ It was supposedly mailed on 6/or 6/after many phone calls to attempt to acquire itThey refuse to fax or scan or email and will not deal with anything but regular mailThis has held up the sale and closing on the property for weeks and can possibly affect the sale altogether, with the buyer not wanting to wait any longer
This was explained thoroughly to the dept each time we called, with no changeThey even refused a prepaid envelope from my attorney
I don't have high expectations for this companyBut I do expect them to do the right thing for a customer and not be obstructive

I checked my credit and saw that there was a fraud account on my credit report I sent over my police report and *** AFFDAVIT to hsbc bank and let them know this was a fraud account still to this day only got letter from them and was not saying much they are breaking the law and not helping people in my situation this is a fraud accountI also just got a notice that the account is now charged off and is ruining my credit they will now be held liable for the damage they did to my credit

My account shows an "Outstanding Lender Advanced Balance" of $that has actually already been paid in full
I paid the taxes to my taxing authority in and so did HFC
However, HFC has already received back the taxes they paid from my taxing authorityAccording to their own tax department, they received back their funds on 4/24/
But they have failed to credit this back to my account, so my account still shows an open"Outstanding Lender Account Balance" of $
I have contacted HFC customer service department regarding this on 10/28/2015, 1/5/2016, 2/18/and again on 2/22/I am always informed that HFC confirms they have received back the funds from my taxing authority and they will get this Open "Outstanding Lender Account Balance" removed from my account But each time they fall short of actually getting this removed or resolved

Before HSBC took over Beneficial Corp the loan was for $11,and they recorded with SF county as a lien on 9/7/The loan was dated/signed by Eugenie *** on 9/2/
This lien was paid off and HSBC never recorded the release of lien
