I sent $to Household Finamce as mortgage payment but found out mortgage was changed to *** HomesI want payment sent to *** Loans
On December I sent a payment by western Union to my then mortgage company - beneficial financeI was then told that my mortgage was transferred to *** homesI sent a request to western Union to have my payment rerouted to *** homes but as of this time , have been unsuccessfulBeneficial finance will not talk to me and *** homes wants their paymentI have contacted western union over times and each time they have "escalated the complaint" but to no availThe tracking number (I have the receipt) is ###-###-####The western junior number is ###-###-####
I don't know what else to doAll I want is the $I sent to beneficial finance sent to *** homes who is my new mortgage companyThat's it
Please help me with this as my home may go into foreclosure because of this problem

I setup automatic payment with my service person *** *** and my payment was to be taken out on June 8, The payment was not taken out of my account as of today June 16, so I called Beneficial to question why the funds had not been taken from my accountI spoke with a representative who advised me that there was an attempt to obtain the money from my account but it was returned insufficient funds from my bankI advised the representative that the information was wrong and we made a conference call to my bankMy bank confirmed that there is and has been more than enough funds to cover the draft and that no attempt was made by Beneficial to obtain the money The bank verified the account number with Beneficial and it was the correct numberI am not able to make a payment online, Beneficial refuses to withdraw the money from my account, and I was informed that there is no local location where I can make a paymentI am disabled and it is a burden for me to get certified

I applied for and received a credit card from HSBC *** I has $in bonus rewards Tried more than times to reach them, but was either disconnected or left on hold Now they want me to email my identification to ***@us.hsbc.com When I asked to mail it to them, they said they don't have a mailing department and I have to email them The whole thing sounds like a scam I went to their list on your website and every phone number goes to Verizon and not them Their number is ###-###-#### listed on your list

Someone stole $out of my bank account and made purchases with *** and ***Hsbc issued a provisional credit while they investigatedI completed and mailed the affidavit stating this was fraud an I had no knowledge of these purchasesOn December 29, their representative, Hoi LLiu, mailed me a letter stating they investigated and found it was unauthorized and the provisional credit would remain Today, I received a letter, dated 02/08/2017, from the same individual stating that a provisional credit was issued on 10/06/(not a typo) and that they would reverse the provisional credit of $on 02/15/ This is at least the second time I've had an issue with this bank in the last year where they decide to go into my account or prohibit me access from my funds

I have been trying to get a letter of satisfaction for a completed Home Equity Line of Credit for over two weeks The two times I have been able to actually speak to someone, I have been told it would be faxed to me I have left over other messages with different people and have not received a call back I am told, by law, that they need to provide this letter to me and I can not get any one to help me When I emailed their customer service complaint email address, I received a bounce back that my email was blocked I have no where else to turn and I can't get help to remove the lien from my property

I tried twice to get HSBC to deliver my 1099-Interest form by US Mail by calling customer service at *** *** *** Both times, I was put on hold for long periods of time, transferred to another deptand was finally told I need to personally go to a local branch to retrieve it My account is now closed and I don't have online access I never created an online account to begin with, so I cannot access this information online I have spent much time on this matter, and HSBC has failed to assist me I need this document to file my taxes

I have been with Beneficial since I have refinanced a few time and received a loan modification back in I have asked for them to refinance my home because the interest rates sits at percentWhen I make my payments which are monthly, is the mortgage payment but the interest is while the actual principal is only about per monthThey are hitting us with unreasonable interest ratesI would like my interest rate reduced so I can afford to make the paymentsThe other charges are fair and are for property taxes paidThey also charge late fees per month if you are days past due which is also unfair
If they modify and refinance our interest rate our loan will become more affordableTheir only options are to defer payments or to foreclose which is also unfair practice
They also frequently change Mortgage Servicing SpecialistsEach month I get a letter stating I have a new specialist

Avoiding foreclosure; it appears HSBC is not following the guideline outlined in the Settlement agreement with the Attorney General They have not discussed any type of loan modification with me, although I've repeatedly asked The Loss Mitigation offer they've provided is "a short sale or Deed in lieu of foreclosure" neither of these is acceptable, I want to keep my home I fell behind because I had a heart attack and was out of work I'd like to work something out that's acceptable to both parties

My debt with this company was negotiated through a paid third party serviceHSBC agreed to the reduction and agreed to settlePursuant to the settlement agreement my third party service sent payments to HSBCNinety days passed and these checks were returned to the third party service un-cashed and not credited to the balanceI was not contacted by either HSBC or my third party service to inform me of this account activityThe account remained open and unpaid and now shows up on my credit report for the full amountThere was no follow through from either my creditor or my third party service and now my efforts have lowered my credit score instead of improving it as was intended
A separate complaint will be filed against the third party service as wellBoth dropped the ball and I ended up paying the price

Trying to retrieve title for *** *** VIN *** that was originally purchased with Household Automotive but the DMV has informed me that HSBC is now the title holder I have contacted HSBC at ###-###-#### and followed the instructions to fax or mail the vehicle information I have both faxed and mailed the information and have yet to hear anything since March If there is additional steps that need to be taken I would like to be made aware so I can retrieve the title for the vehicle I haven't heard that this information I have faxed and mailed has even been received

I have been a customer of HSBC bank for over years Paid all my mortgages on time, but they process payments late and charge fees that I continously have to fight Also, they do the same with mortgages and home equities I am still waiting for a payoff for my home equity account for months and call 1x week and they said they did not receive it or have any file of my request Which is a lie, I have documented every call and recorded them This bank needs to closed and CEO put in jail for abuses of people and their hard earned money This bank has terrible customer services and the branches cannot retrieve accounts....that is a blatant lieIf there is a lawsuit, I want in! I would like written proof that the debt is owed, not an invoice or a letter but proof, CONTRACT AND FULL BILLING AND PAYMENT HISTORYI want written proof the collection agency has the right to collect on this debtProof they bought the debt or the contract with the original creditorProof that a verification letter was mailedI am asking for their Surety Bond Number and they can collect in the State of California I want the ORIGINAL signed agreement with the ORIGINAL creditor, complete transaction between me, insurance, all fees, charges, interest, phone and computer records on disputes and verbal agreements with original creditor
I also told them to cease and desist ALL collection contact and harassmentThis includes deletion of the account from their system and credit reportersFDCPA considers this a continued attempt to collect a debt and that is illegal
