Went into the dealership just to shop around and even tho I? didn’t buy anything Travis and the sales managers helped me and listened to what I? was looking for. They were patient and professional. They made me feel like I? was family there. Highly recommended to anyone in the market for a vehicle. The prices are great and the sales team is even better.

My husband and I went to this vusiness on Sat. Dec 9, 2017 at approximately 1:30 PM. The salesman, Sam, advised they would be able to get us into a very nice vihicle. He showed us 2 Cadillacs and a Lincoln. We advised we are rebuilding our credit and do not want to run our credit report until they tell us what our current vehicle would be worth. We drove in with the vehicle we planned to trade. It is a Mercedes R500 2006 model fully loaded with 2 built in DVD players and all or the bells and whistles. It has 151,000 miles.
The salesman went back and forth into the sales office several times while we waited at his desk. He returned and advised they would not be able to tell us the value of our vehicle until they run a credit report. I reluctantly agreed. Because my credit score is best I allowed them to run my credit. He came back moments later and advised my credit was good but they would also need to run my husband's credit before we could proceed.
Still they could not tell us the value of our vehicle. My husband even more reluctantly to allow them to run his credit.
We were there for 4 solid hours. We test drove one of the vehicles he offered, a 2014 Lincoln. When we returned our salesman advised he had made a mistake. He announced we would only be able to get a car such as a Ford Fusion or Ford Escape.
Upon approaching 4 hours and hearing this information, we went into the sales manager's office. We were advised by the sales manager that they would only offer $500.00 for our 2006 Mercerdes R500 and that our payments would be nearly double what was promised.
We abruptly left upon hearing that.
Their practices were very deceptive. The salesman spent over 45 minutes helping us choose a car and had us test drive one of them. It was not until after we agreed to allow him to submit our app that we were told he was mistaken. They would not tell us the value of our vehicle until we applied. Also, they put 4 inquiries each on our credit reports without our permission.

Payments and everything else is dependent upon your credit once your credit is run and submitted to the banks. By signing the agreement stating that you allow us to run your credit and submit you to different banks for verification and approval, you are allowing us to do so. I'm very sorry and would relish the opportunity to help you and create a more positive experience for you. Please feel free to reach out to me so that I can do so. As per your credit, we are not a credit bureau and cannot remove anything from your credit report. if you feel that there is an error please feel free to reach out to your credit bureau directly and file a dispute. Hello, I missed your response and just found it the other day due to faulty email settings. I wanted to only say that this company did not advise us that they weee doing to submit random loan appy. We had not even selected a vehicle. They merely had us sign a form allowing them to check our credit. They did not advise us by any means that they would be putting forth a request for a loan. We have no idea even what amount they requested. These are very deceptive business practices. Since our encounter at that business we have received four (4) letters each of denial from four different companies they approached for loan applications. We still have no idea the amount they requested. We did not give them permission to do this. And they did not disclose to us they would be placing applications to various companies for loans. Now we know why we were sitting at the salesman’s desk for hours. He kept leaving and returning maybe 15 or 20 minutes later with excuses as to why he needed to be away. I purchased GAP insurance from this company with my auto loan in Dec 2016. I refinanced the loan with another company and cancelled the GAP insurance with *** Auto Mall on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 11:00 AM. I received a confirmation of this from Isabella R,
the ***. To date, I still have not received a refund of the $600 that I paid when financing the car. I've sent several emails requesting a status and even a text message, but I'm no longer receiving a response on where my refund is. Based on my calculations, I'm expecting a refund iao $475.00.
600/72 = 8.33 per month. 72-9 = 63 months remaining. 63*8.33 = 524.79 - 50 = $474.79 REFUND. My calculations my be off, but a minimum of $475 should be returned to me. These refunds are processed in house, and I'm more than WILLING to go to the business to pick up my refund. It shouldn't take this long for them to return my money.
