Our Office manager verified the customer re-disputed the charge on his credit card, so the business office will not fight the re-dispute and that’s how the customer will receive the credit against his credit card

On 3/10/2016, I purchased a used CTS WagonAfter a review of my contract I found I had paid $for an optional service contract with Portfolio EliteI reviewed the contract which stated that I could cancel the contractAnd I would have to, in writing, I contacted the dealerI wrote to the dealer to cancel the contract on 4/13/I then contacted Portfolio Elite, who told me the contract was cancelled and to contact the dealerOn 5/4-5-6/I called and left messages for the finance manager to contact me with the status of my request for a refundI have not received any contact from the dealer or a representative from dealer as of this date

The customer has received his refundHe picked it up from the dealership

We have refunded the customer $for the heater core and laborThe remainder of his bill was preventive maintenance and warranty which was covered by his extended warranty coverage

Per Service Manager: At the time the engine was replaced the fuel injectors showed no indication of failingThere was no check engine light on, and the customer drove another 10,miles before failureWe would not replace them when they were not malfunctioningWe have already declined
reimbursing the customer for an additional repair at another facility
