Let me say thank you for being a loyal subscriber and apologize for the billing issues you have experienced In reviewing your account as of today your expiration date is 12/02/ Please note that the San Antonio Express-News has multiple premium days and premium magazines that are distributed to subscribers at an additional rate At this time I will adjust your account for the days plus the recent days expiration date variance which changes the expiration date to 01/20/ Keep in mind that going forward we have at least premium magazine days and premium days.Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a perfect example of a business that keeps sending you items that you have not ordered and charges you for them No one at E/N can show you a billing statement that itemizes the charges There is no real pattern to their billings and no agreements are ever put into writing Customer relations is a concept they don't put any value on If the dollar amounts were larger I would continue to pursue this, but it is a waste of time It is no wonder that the newspaper business is failing if this is the way they do business Regards, [redacted] ***
