"By initialing here Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Contractor has made no representation or warranty with respect to the availability, scope or amount(s) of any incentives, credits, rebates or tax benefits, and that Buyer must evaluate for itself its ability to acquire and/or utilize any such incentives."
