However, they may ask for confidential information to qualify you for a solar product. Our representative reached out to the customer on 8/14/15 and was able to resolve this matter and address their concern.

I am rejecting this response because:The matter is not resolved.  NRG still will not address the issue  that the initial salesman promised us solar would cover our electric usage based upon the statements he reviews from [redacted] for the previous year usage.  Moreover, according to [redacted], my usage decreased dramatically in 2016; therefore, being that NRG based their statement of being able to cover my usage on higher amounts shown in 2015, they absolutely should have been able to cover my decreased usage amounts in 2016.  I am still receiving bills from [redacted] in addition to paying NRG.  I have asked NTH to remove the solar panels many times, based on the fact they were sold to me under false statements and false advertising.  I want these panels removed asap!  They need to be held accountable and take responsibility for the false statements made by their salesman just to make a sale!

I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by Natalie in customer service on Monday, September 12 to advise me that a check was being sent to my daughter for the $1,000 finding reward offered by NRG.  To date, no check has been received and I will not close this complaint until it is received.

We have resolved this matter by activating the solar system on 11/7/15.

I am rejecting this response because: This company sent multiple representatives out to my home when we told them what our contractor found. They took pictures and corresponded in emails that they wanted us to get quotes so they could determine how they would provide payment to correct the issue. We provided them with requested quotes and they wanted to send their people out to make repairs. This was not acceptable as we already experienced the poor workmanship they provided with the solar work that they "specialize" in. Since then we have been in touch with our homeowner insurance agent in order to have someone represent us safely since the company was not responding to the Revdex.com. There have been multiple visible damages determined and other damages are expected once inner iterior work is started. The company insists on doing everything themselves which is unacceptable at this point. They are requesting to do work they do not normally do.  We expect that our insurance agent will be in touch with them to attempt further resolution. In the meantime our house remains damaged and we are residing in the home with the possibility of mold continuing to grow. We request to have our own contractors complete the work as the company has only provides poor work and excuses.
