I am rejecting this response because I was told over and over that the refund was just that, a refund of $I was never told it was a tax creditThe way it was explained to me was that if I owed any taxes, it would be deducted from the $and the rest would be sent to me in the form of a tax refundIt was then my responsibility, which was the first time I was told that, to send that refund to the finance company to lower the amount left owingAs of now, I am paying $142.43/month at 6.9% interest, if I don't pay the balance down at the end of the months they told me I had to file my taxes, the payment goes up to $at 11.9% interest for the next yearsI could have stayed with ***, paid less than that, had no interest and no debt hanging over my head for the next yearsThey knew when they sold me the system that I was a senior citizen on a fixed income and feel like I was taken advantage ofThe "refund" is actually a tax credit that carries over each year, IF the program is still in effectI am selling my house to get out from under this burdenThank you very much NRG!

Hi *** *** *** I understand that you are keeping this complaint open until your daughter receives the compensation check. This check has been requested and sent, as per our previous conversation. Thank You, Natalie

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
This is still not solving anything. I also said that it was totally ridiculous to wait for a check for that length of time.

*** ***Please be advised that upon receiving your initial complaint, your number was ran through our database and we had confirmed that you were not contacted by our calling center. I understand that you have a New Jersey phone number, however this does not change the messaging provided to you previously. This has been an unfortunate issue that we are aware of and again, we apologize that you have been contacted by way of 'spoofing'. Had we verified that you were, in fact, contacted by our calling center, the messaging provided in our reply would have been different. Thank You, Natalie

I am rejecting this response because: No questions have been answered. There is no doubt NRG called me illegally as I am on the DNCI called back after the initial call using *& was answered by NRGThey can say anything they want but there is the proofIf they did not call me,the phone would NOT have been answered by NRG

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I did speak to Natalie the Prod Manager on 1/14/But she didn't know the meter was swapped until I told her. I am not accepting anything until I am up and running. I am in my 9th month and months since the solar panels have been on my roof. I did receive the email that I will receive compensation but considering I'm still not up and running that remains to be be seen

* To Whom It May Concern, NRG Community Solar respectfully submits the following response to your letter of February 22, pertaining to *** *** complaint Upon receiving this complaint, NRG Home Solar reviewed *** *** claims. NRG Community Solar spoke with *** *** on February 24, 2017. We advised that unfortunately we did not receive his original cancelation request when it was sent and he was placed on an active solar farm as of November 28, 2016, however we will be honoring the cancelation request that was sent, and will not be invoicing him for the Community Solar enrollment. We also advised him that since the cancelation request can take a billing cycle or two to complete, he will receive the benefit of the net metering credits on his utility bill until the cancelation is completed, and that will occur without us invoicing him. We consider this matter closed. Respectfully submitted, Frank S*** NRG Community Solar Phone: *** *** Fax: *** *** Email: ***

This matter was resolved on 9/1/as one of our technicians walked the customer through the activation process

* To Whom It May Concern, NRG Home Solar respectfully submits the following response to your letter of July 5, pertaining to *** *** complaint Upon receiving this complaint, NRG Home Solar reviewed *** *** claims. NRG Home Solar spoke with *** *** on July 13, 2017. During this call, *** *** indicated that she went through a third party installation company to install the critter guard she had requested in her complaint, and wanted to know if NRG Home Solar would be willing to provide a full or partial reimbursement. After reviewing *** ***’s claim, NRG Home Solar determined it would be willing to send *** *** a check in the amount of $800.50, which will be partial reimbursement for what she spent on the installation of the critter guard at her home. While this is not an aspect of our leasing agreement, NRG Home Solar was happy to make an exception and provide this customer service gesture. The customer will receive the check within two-three weeks. We consider this matter closedPlease let us know if anything else is needed Respectfully submitted, Frank S*** NRG Home Solar

Hello, As of 12/17/the customer had communicated to us that they are waiting on their insurance company to come out to the home and assess the damages. They would like for us to wait on our inspection until after this has taken place. We would like to resolve this matter and will
need to inspect the damages, no matter the outcome of the insurance inspection, and are awaiting correspondence from the customer. Thank You,

*** * *** *** NRG Home Solar is in receipt of your complaint # *** and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you thus far. We understand that you have experienced a few delays throughout the length of your project and we, like you, are eagerly
awaiting the activation of our Solar System. We have kept you abreast of the most recent delay being our of our control and have set up a compensation plan in place with you, which you will receive upon the system activation. Although we are unable to activate your system based on the complaint filed, we would like for you to rest assured that you have not lost any savings, nor have you lost any months in particular to benefit from the system on your home, as your lease payment does not begin until you begin to generate electricity from the panels. NRG Home Solar takes these complaints very seriously and again we apologize for the matter at hand. We will continue to keep you in the loop concerning your system activation and look forward to speaking with you soon. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team with any further questions or concerns. Kind Regards,*** K***Customer Care Manager***

I am rejecting this response because:
I have called and left a message on 1/8/16, 1/13/16, and again today on 1/14/with no call back. I left a message stating the best possible phone number where I can be reached and I'm still waiting. My message stated- The utility company came yesterday and changed the meter. What would be the next steps to turn this on? But I have not received any response from NRGI better be compensated because this has been ridiculous. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!!!
