I am rejecting this response because: although they may have had the information in the fine print, the large print said repeatedly "Free trial just pay shipping of $4.95" If you look up this company for online complaints you will find they use this deceptive technique and have caught a lot of people who rushed through the paper work They did this intentionally No legitimate company would use this type of coto entrap customers I would like to see them stopped from their disreputable marketing They are the type of marketers who create problems for all the legitimate online merchants You do not see *** or *** trying this type of marketing I have certainly learned my lesson and won't be buying anything from pads again but they can make a fortune by suckering a lot of people only once and someone needs to stock these crooks What is the Revdex.com if not to *** to make businesses behave better? Otherwise you are misnamed too!

I am rejecting this response because:I have not noticed any refund on my bank statement. Even if they did refund the amount stated, that is not what I am out for product I did not receive. I am out $89.15 plus a $35.00 nsf charge from my bank. I canceled before the trial period was over and I feel I should be refunded all money that I am out because of their mistake.
