I complained to the FTC and to you and something worked because a few days ago my credit card company notified me that nuderma was issuing me a credit for this $89.15.  Originally they refused so I think the wright of your name and the FTC did the trick!  Thank you.  A couple weeks ago, the [redacted] also changed their mind!

The original complaint was for a refund of 2 charges ~ $178.00   Please see original complaint.Based on our records, 4 charges were refunded - one to the credit card and three via check to the customer - Because we value customer satisfaction, the refund was more than requested by the customer. I have received a refund for 5 of the 6 charges. The refund was made to my credit card. If I understand correctly, they are telling you they sent a check for part of the refund. I did not receive a check from this company. I find this response to be false. This case can be closed. I have communicated this issue to all my friends in the hopes they are not taken in by this "free" product.Thank you for your assistance.

I am rejecting this response because: There were 6 unauthorized charges of $89.15: 11/27/14, 12/27/14, 1/26/15, 2/25/15, 3/26/15, 5/7/15 Only 3 were refunded on 5/7/15. Three other charges have not been refunded. I had requested full refund of ALL unauthorized charges.
