This company is a rip off you are told you only pay shipping for a free trial but then you are charged $89 before your time is up and when you call to dispute it you are told you cant get the money refunded when you keep arguing and then threaten to call the Revdex.com the person on the line gave me $30 then it went to $40 then $50 then she started about I signed a contract and she didn't even have to give me a refund at all in the end I only got $50 of my money back this company is playing some kind of scam.

Review: Tv infogram re Nuvie...offered a free trial of product.. call to give address.. I did this and was asked for my debit card for shipping and handling which was [redacted]... without my knowing(I never have any firm or individual automatically take money out of my acct) the presided to send a small box with nothing in it but product... no paper at all.. no thank note. no acct info... nothing. so there was no reason for me to check to see if money was automatically withdrawn.. for 4 or 5 mos. t hey continued... I finally went to my bank, asked them who authorized these withdrawals and they said I did... NOT true... so the bank, [redacted] called them while I was in there and said I did not read the small print... there was no paper so how can I have read the small print... the bank gave me what they thought they would get back... but unfortunately, that did not happen and I had to pay the Bank back as well.. put me in a mess as you can see... I dont know if it was the banks fault....but certainly it was NUVIE Skin Care. they had no right to be in my personal acct.. and I lost all that money. some people on FB have experienced the same thing. they could not contact them or stop them from taking money out of there acct. Is there anything you can do? They did, however, credit my acct with one month... for whatever reason they thought would console me... n ot so....Desired Settlement: They should be put out of business for their business practices...their business practices are fraudulent...

Review: Very dishonest company---if you're entertaining thoughts of signing up for their program, you had better monitor your bank accounts very closely. I was enticed with an introductory offer of $4.95 to try their product for only 2 weeks and my account was debited for $89.15 for the next 2 consecutive months before I even knew if I liked the product. These transactions are being treated as a subscription (for a skin care product?)? I never agreed to this deal and could never use this much product every month if I used it on all of my clients. I am a hairdresser in California and will proceed to let all my clients and clients in several other states know not to do business with this company, Nuvie Skin care. I will also be going to [redacted] Reviews and [redacted] with the same message. When you try to fix this situation with the company or get your money back, they argue that they can't help you. Review: I ordered a sample of Nuvie Skin Care off of [redacted] for $5.00. Never knew I had to cancel within 14 days! I received another shipment today for $89.15! They charged my Discover Card without my authorization. I called the company and talked with [redacted] She FINALLY agreed to issue a refund of $80.20 she said $8.95 was for restocking fee. I don't think I should pay for restocking an item I didn't order in the first place. I would like a full refund in the amount of $89.15. Once companies get your credit card # they seem to take advantage of people. My husband and I live on a fixed income and need every penny we get.Desired Settlement: A full refund to my credit card

Review: In June I was on Nuvie Skin Care's website and saw the advertisement for a trial offer for their Firming Face Serum for the price of shipping, $4.95. I clicked on the box to order the product and it immediately took me to another product that I did not want, so I clicked on a tab that I thought would take me to a page to finalize the order, but instead, the website shut down. I did not get to read any conditions that went with the trial offer, so when the website shut down, I wasn't even sure that I would receive the trial.

Sometime later, I received another shipment of the item without any packing slip or invoice with it, so I wasn't sure why I received it. I wasn't paying our bills, my husband was, and he didn't notice the charge of $89.15 on our credit card statement. Since then, I received another shipment, so I asked my husband if I was being billed for these products. He pulled out our statements and I had been billed $4.95 on June 21, 2014 for the shipping of the trial offer. On July 9, 2014 they charged my credit card $89.15; then again on August 8, 2014 they charged my card $89.15 again. Now today on our credit card statement I have been charged $89.15 on September 7, 2014.

I did call the company on September 18, 2014 and talked with Brittany to explain that I tried the sample and did not like the product, so I would like to mail back the two bottles that I had received and get a full refund for what I was billed for these products. She explained to me that when I ordered the product, I agreed to their conditions that I needed to notify them within 14 days to cancel any further shipments and if they did not hear from me, the product would automatically be shipped and billed to my credit card. I tried explaining that the website shut down before I had a chance to read any of the conditions, so I was unaware that I had to notify them to cancel further shipments. I assumed there would be a form with the shipment to cancel, but there was no invoiceDesired Settlement: Refund to my credit card for the three billings of $89.15 each for a total of $267.45

I did receive emails from the company saying that my credit card would be credited for the 3 shipments that they charged on my account. I truly thank you for your quick action on this matter which made it possible for the refund that I requested.

Review: I ordered a sample product as advertised on TV. I order this product over the telephone. I received the sample product. There was no invoice or statement with this sample product. Upon checking my bank statement on 7/13/14, I saw that the Novi Skin company charged my bank account $89.15. The person I ordered the sample from nor the product received indicated that if I did not cancel an order within 15 days that I would be charged this amount. I did not authorized this transaction. I did call and talked to a rep from this company and did not get satisfaction from them as to resolve this issue.The charges to my bank in the amount of $89.15 also caused me an overdraft charge of $35.00.I would like a refund to my bank in the amount of $89.15 as the company did not notify me that I need to cancel within 15 days and I was unaware that ordering the sample was also subscribing to their product. Review: Nuvie Skin Care advertised FREE TRIAL, 30 day supply of product, just pay $4.95 shipping cost. This would tell a reasonable person that the trial product was free of charge and he would only be charged for shipment. I paid for shipping charge with debit card on 7-2-14.

On 7-15-14 I received a debit charge of $89.15. I called company on 7-17-14 and told them I had not authorized any funds to be removed from my account except for the $4.95 shipping charge.

Nuvie Skin Care rep. informed me that on another page the consumer was informed that if he did not notify Nuvie Skin Care that he was cancelling the order within 14 days of ordering the product that he would be billed the normal purchase price of the product.

I feel that the company intentionally misrepresented the promotion as FREE in large print on the front page, then adding different terms on the last page. I also feel that I only authorized the $4.95 from my account for shipping and anything more constitutes fraud.

When I confronted the co rep. he said they would refund 25%. I said I expect no less than the entire amount they took . The rep said ok we will refund 50% without any product and that is their final offer. I told rep. you do what ever you want but I expect the entire $89.15 refunded and I will be filing

a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Full refund of all charges other than the $4.95 that was paid on 7-2-14.
