Review: I ordered the "trial size" for $4.95 and I paid for that and when I received my bill, I was charged $89.15 for a product that I didn't AUTHORIZE NOR REQUEST. I only want my charge card credited $89.15 back into my account. My statement date due was 9/2/14 and I proceeded to pay it(not out of guilt,) but to keep from being charged $35.00 for a late fee until this matter is resolved.Desired Settlement: I just want my money ($89.15) refunded and whatever is required by law to STOP these scammers.

Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take customer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to personally check the check-boxes and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto-ship program. Please see the following check-out page: https://www.trynuvie.com/payment.php for more information.

We do, however, feel for this customer's concerns. We strive to make sure that every one of our customers are satisfied. For this reason, we have refunded the customer back the amount of $89.15. This amount should reflect in the customer's bank statement within 7 business days.

Feel free to let us know if you should have any questions. Take care.

Review: In July of this year I purchased a 0.50fl oz. Free trial of Nuvie Skin Care firming face serum for the advertised price $4.95, (the price of Shipping and handling). Then my bank account was charged $89.15 on August 22nd, If it was a "free" trial and the only charge was to pay the shipping cost than why was my account charged this exorbitant amount? The advertisement did not state that there would be any additional charges.Desired Settlement: I want the company to reimburse my account the $89.15, as I did not order anymore of the product. This is theft and it needs to be stopped Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Review: I saw an ad for the new skin product on [redacted] I completed an on line order. I was charged $4.95 for a 14 day trial on June 16, 2014. I was called about 5 days later by a representative of the company (name unknown). As I began to ask questions about the product and what would happen if I was dissatisfied with the product, he said all the information I needed would be included in the shipped package. Ths shipping package contained the product and apiece of paper charging me $4.95. I was charged $89.15 on June 30,2014. All monies were taken from my bank account. I called the company July 19,2014 after checking my bank statement. I was told by [redacted] that on line there was an explanation of how the system works. This company is a scam and not transparent at all. This company should not be allowed to have contact with the unsuspecting public.Desired Settlement: I was told by [redacted] July 19,2014 that she would refund $31.20. I would like to have a full refund because the money was taken under fraudulent conditions.

Review: I signed up to get a free sample and I am very aware that they suck you in and if you do not cancel within 14 days you will automatically be charged and a shipment will be sent out.

I only signed up for this because my friends were talking and sent me the link from [redacted] I know there was NO where on there that said you had to cancel or call or that I agree to these conditions.

The original sample for this product doesn’t even work and nothing came with the instructions for a call back. So they are telling me they will not reimburse my account even though their product does not work, or may work but does not dispense.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of 89.15

Review: This company was very unfair with their advertising. I ordered two items "free 14-day trial" for a postage rate. Less than 14 days after the arrival of the product, I was notified via email that I was being billed for $89.95. I called this company as soon as I saw this email(which was timed 4:03AM) and asked why I was being charged this amount . I was told I could not get a refund since I exceeded the time to cancel my subscription by one day. I wanted to speak to a supervision, but was told that would be to no avail since the rules were rules. So I asked what I would get for the $89.95 and was told that I was paying for the "free sample" I didn't want any other senior citizen on a fixed income to have to deal with this .Desired Settlement: I want the price refunded. I will agree to pay the postage

Review: On 5/21/15 , I ordered Nuvie skin care sample products (deluxe eye treatment/skin care) after an ad stated I could try it for free and pay $3.95 for shipping and handling. I received my products earlier June and tried it believing this was my "free sample". I didn't like it and it broke me out bad. On 6/22/15 , I got my visa bill and saw that I was charged $89.10 and then $89.15 for two different bottles from two different addresses. I called Nuvie and spoke with some representatives . Representative Frances for the skin care who then hung up on me after I requested paperwork for where I gave approval and she told me there was nothing I could do, policy is policy and hung up on me. I called visa to dispute the bill and investigate . Representative Dean who told me to send the product deluxe eye therapy back with representative [redacted] about the skin care who informed me that after 14 days I was supposedly had to call them back to cancel after the trial. that was not on the ad and I felt deceived. I had to go through hell to get my refund. Representative [redacted] kept offering 35% off if I ordered something else. I continued to tell them I don't want the product, I want my money back . She kept going back and forth, she even spoke with my daughter. Then [redacted] said she will credit back only $44.58. I want my FULL REFUND BACK.How can you deceive people? This is deception. advertisement is deceiving but to have to fight for my refund for money after the products were suppose to be free samples? it's unprofessional ,unacceptable, and I will not stand for someone to not only deceive me but to scam and steal from me. All I want is my all my money back. that it is all. I don't want half , I want all. I would have never dealt with them if I knew this was how they did business.Desired Settlement: I want a full credit to the credit card account.

Review: I ordered samples of their product for a nominal charge. They have continued to send me product, charging my account astronomical prices. I have sent their product back and demanded full refunds. They have not responded via email or phone and have not refunded my money. When I initially called to get the return address information for both of these products, I was given the same return address in Wilmington, DE and the same RMA number to include with both products. One company charges under the name Nuvie or TryNuvie and the other charges under the name SKS SkinSystems. They have charged me for this product (not including the samples) 5 times and I have only received 3. I have returned 2 and still have the last 1 because they will not refund my money. They have had ample opportunity to resolve this issue and have chosen to ignore me.Desired Settlement: I simply want them to refund my account for all money owed and stop taking money from people without disclosing their intention.

Regards,

Review: I saw a small advertisment on the side of my computer screen for a sample of facial cream for $5 so I ordered it. About ten days later I received it in the mail,no papers included. I was checking my on line banking statement and found a withdrawal for over $89, so I checked with my bank and was told it was from Nuvie, I e-mailed them and asked what was going on because I had not given them permission to do the withdrawal. I was given an answer that the ad had explained that after 14 days I would be charged for the first 30 day supply. I said I did not see that on the little ad, to bad your mistake. The 30 day supply was in the mail,I canceled the rest of the supplies then, I emailed again asking when my 30 day supply would be shipped she said she would have it in the mail, I received another sample. The larger supply didn't come so I sent customer service another email she told me she had received to many emails and it only confused them with all their customers. I send them a letter and never received an answer nor have I received the 30 do day supply.Desired Settlement: I would like the satisfaction of never dealing with them again and a refund of my $89 pluss money that they never had permission to withdraw.

Review: I accepted a free trial sample of their product, a skin cream, that was mailed to me. I was out of town for three months right after I received the cream. Upon muy return, I discovered that this company had shipped me three more products, one per month! They purposely did not include any invoice or contact information. I looked online to find a phone number for them and an automated voice told me that I was somehow enrolled in their auto ship program. I NEVER agree to ANY auto shipments of ANY kind. I did not agree to any such program with this company!!! They did not have my verbal nor written consent to ship me the three products and ESPECIALLY, DID NOT HAVE MY CONSENT TO BILL MY CREDIT CARD !!! THIS MUST CERTAINLY BE FRAUD ! I am shipping the 3 products back to the company in Santa Ana , CA.. I am hoping that they credit my account. I would like to request that the Revdex.com contact the company and tell them to process my refund . Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated !Desired Settlement: Full refund for the three products I am mailing back to this company !

Review: While browsing on [redacted] I received a flashing pop-up for a free 14 day , risk free trial offer. This stated you pay only shipping and handling of $4.95. I agreed to this trial offer with the intent of possibly purchasing product if I liked the "free trial" However,, approximately 14 days later, I noticed they had withdrawn $89.15 from my checking account. When I called them, they stated that I had agreed to this. When I told them I wanted this cancelled immediately and I would send the product back, they said they could not accept it if opened. After much discussion, they agreed to refund 50 percent of the $89.15. While, I may have mistaking clicked a small box on the pages to follow, this was without a doubt very misleading if not fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and would like to have this deceptive sales practice removed. I have warned everyone I know about this deceptive scam. Wouldn't buy product from them if it worked as they said!

Regards,

Review: I ordered a sample (trial) of a product for $4.95. Within 15 days I was charged $89.15 for this same "sample" product. I called to find out what the $89.15 (july) was for and they claim that in their disclaimer it states that after 15 days of sampling this product I was going to charged $89.15 for every month there after to receive the same product and so I was also charged for August too ($89.15). I called them to dispute both charges and told them I wasn't going to even accept the second shipment and they told me it didn't matter that I was still going to be charged the full amount. After going back and forth with the sales rep she said the best she could do was 30% refund (on second shipment). I asked to talk with a manager and she (whitney) stated that the managers don't talk with customers and that it had to be handled thru her and the next best thing she could so was offer me a 50% refund (again on the second shipment). I called back and talked with a gentleman who basically told me the same thing and I told them that I was going to call the Revdex.com and hung up. He then called me back (at my work number) and stated the best he could do would be a $66.86 (75% discount on second shipment only). So bascially they told me I had to be charged for the 1st shipment and will get a credit for the second shipment that I'm not even going to accept.Desired Settlement: If they can go from a 30% to 50% to 75% refund on a shipment that I am going to refuse and send back I would like it to be a full refund. I would like a full refund of $89.15 for the first shipment that should have only cost $4.95 (Nuvie skin care firming face serum 0.05 Fl oz) and a full refund on the shipment that I am going to refuse in the amount of $89.15 also for a total of $178.30. I believe it was false advertising on how the "sample" was being charged.

Review: I called this firm to get a free sample of their product, NuVie Skin Care, I informed the seller that I only wanted to try the system, and did not want any other items. I was informed today, that if I received the product and did not inform them within 30 days, this gave them the right to put me on a schedule and receive monthly deliveries. I did not know this until I started receiving more products, that I never used or opened. I was informed about this practice and was mislead before I received the first one. I had to pay for shipping of the free bottle, I did not agree in written form or on the phone, that there were conditions, such as described. This is a scan and needs to be reported so other persons will not be affected like I was. After checking with my credit card company, the first payment for mailing the product was 4/25/2014, not even waiting 30 days, the next payment was taken 05/10/2014 total payments taken from me. The payments with-drawn are 06/09/2014, 07/09/2014 and 08/04/2014.Desired Settlement: I am returning the products received, when I learned what was going on, I called them and cancelled future deliveries and will get 2 of my payments returned, However, I believe I should receive all of the funds they charged to be credit card account because it was dishonest and never approved by me.

Review: I received my FREE No Risk sample of Nuvie Skin Cream for only shipping charges of $4.95 on or around the 10th of July. On the 21st of July, my bank account was debited $89.15. I called the company and was told there was nothing I could do. I asked the my account be close and was reassured twice that it was. So ok I sucked this up. Now today, Aug. 18th, I see another transaction from my account for another $89.15. I never ordering anything more, nor received anything. I called the company again and got the same BS. And I was told that my account never got cancelled, so I am liable for this. I also talked with their customer care dept. and that was a joke! I did receive a cancellation notice from them thru an email today.Desired Settlement: I want my $89.15 back.

This company is a rip off you are told you only pay shipping for a free trial but then you are charged $89 before your time is up and when you call to dispute it you are told you cant get the money refunded when you keep arguing and then threaten to call the Revdex.com the person on the line gave me $30 then it went to $40 then $50 then she started about I signed a contract and she didn't even have to give me a refund at all in the end I only got $50 of my money back this company is playing some kind of scam.

Review: I had contacted this company to cancel monthly mailings in september 2014 customer service rep indicated to me this had been done. Now on October 16,2014 I have another charge to my credit card for $ 89.15 and have not received product. in calling number on statement ([redacted]) I get recording that membership has been cancelled and they hang up. Other numbers start recording but also hang up.Desired Settlement: stop charging my account as it has been cancelled.
