We spoke with [redacted] on 2/16/at which time he informed us that one of his mothers accounts was being reported on his creditWe immediately deleted the account from the credit reporting agency and as of today it should no longer be on his report

We did receive a phone call from Mr [redacted] on 3/10/at 9am in the morningWhen speaking to one of our representatives we did discover that this was indeed reported to the wrong persons credit reportUpon learning this we did request to have this deleted from the credit reporting agencies immediatelyIt is now up to them to update there informationIf there are any questions please give us a call directly

I can't get copies of letters that went out or a phone log since we outsource themI can give you notes from there account as to when calls where made.We received the account 9-2-and a validation letter went out to the address that was on file at the clients officeThen the following were calls: 9-9-no answer, 9-11-no answer, 9-24-Unidentified male answered the call then hung up, 10-17-no answer, 10-23-no answer, 11-07-no answer, 11-12-no answer, 11-19-no answer, 11-26-no answer, 12-15-no answer, 1-8-no answer, 1-30-unidentified man said not his number anymoreWe tried to locate and call on numbers we could find for him with no success3-11-9am the spouse called and we got ok to talk to consumer and asked for a good number to callShe then implied that this is the sons account and not her husbandsWe verified social and date of birth to be the husbandsAt this time spouse also gave an updated addressWe were also able to obtain the correct insurance information.3-11-10am the spouse called to get an email address3-11-2pm spouse faxed over an explanation of benefits for Midwest OrthThis is not our client and was the wrong EOB.3-11-2:30pm spouse called to get statusShe said she will call insurance and do a way with us.3-14-Insurance phoned said they looked into the account and the claim was denied because the id number on file was wrong3-14-spouse phoned and said 3rd party does the billing, (SVA) and claims they said that this was a mistake and it should be taken out of collections3-18-spouse phoned and said she wants a statement stating we will take this off their credit reportInformed her this can't happen until the account is resolved3-22-SVA called to verify that we did attempt calls and wanted to know about contact with consumerAsked that we keep this in collections until the account is resolved with the consumer AND insurance3-23-We mailed a corrected HICFA to the insurance with the proof of timely filing so they could reprocess the claim.4-8-spouse called and officially disputed the claim and said since it's disputed we have to take it off her credit report.4-14-client phoned and gave us insurance real addressThe one Mr [redacted] provided to us was not correctWe mailed out another HICFA to the right addressNow we are just waiting for insurance to make their payments on these claimsOnce insurance makes payment there will be a balance that the consumer will probably have to payOnce there is a $balance in the office we will be more then happy to have this removed from the credit reporting agenciesOur client has asked us to continue to have it report as it is a balance that is absolutely dueAttached you will find the HICFA and timely filing that was sent to the insurance companyI hope this helps clarify some things for you

We have spoken with our client and they confirmed the address they received from the hospital was inaccurate as it was missing West as part of the address We sent several notices but never received them back so we consider the letters as delivered We have the account on hold pending the outcome of her appeal with her insurance company as we show her insurance was processed and the appropriate adjustments where made Ms [redacted] has contacted us and we have indicated to her that we will hold her accounts from the credit bureaus pending the outcome of her appeal.Your assistance in this matter is appreciated[redacted]

We did speak with Ms [redacted] and her insurance company on 11/3/ According to [redacted] they had no record of our client's claim on file We agreed to file the claim which we did on 11/6/ It can take up to days for the insurance company to process the claim Once the claim is processed they will send Ms [redacted] her EOB and our client the payment The insurance companies do not send payment to us Once Ms [redacted] receives her EOB we ask that she send us a copy to expedite the payment We have put a hold on her account for days while the claim is being processed.Your assistance in this matter is appreciated[redacted]

We have had total accounts come to our office for the consumer in which of them are paid in fullWe received the 6th account on 1/18/at which time a validation letter was sent out to the consumers addressOn 1/19/the consumer called and asked about the accounts we hold in our office and she said she would have to look into it further and then give us a call backOn 2/29/the consumer went online and paid the 6th account for $On 3/1/the consumer called and said she wants a statement of the remaining balances in our office at which time a statement was immediately sent outTo date we still have accounts that still have balances on themOne was from 9/23/for $and the full balance is still dueThe second is from 10/1/for $This account does have a 5% interest on itThere was a payment of $on 4/9/and another payment of $on 5/7/which leaves a balance of $$I hope this clears up any confussion there may have been

Good Morning,As stated in our previous response, we sent Mr [redacted] an itemized statement of the charges on 5-6-as requested Mr [redacted] did contact our office via phone on 5-8-and paid his balance in full A request has been made to have the account removed from the credit bureaus Please keep in mind it can take the credit bureaus 30-days to remove the item and this is out of our control.Your assistance in this matter is appreciated[redacted]

Good Afternoon,We received Mr [redacted] account 2/24/ We sent his validation notice on 2/24/to [redacted] *** Being that we never received his notice back from the post office its considered to be a valid delivery His address was provided by our client but a phone number was not We list our accounts with the credit bureaus after an account has been in office plus days We listed his account with the credit bureaus on 4/30/ An itemized statement has been mailed to him at [redacted] *** Once we receive balance in full we will request his account be deleted from the credit bureaus.Should he have any questions or concerns please have him contact me directly at ###-###-####.Your assistance in this matter is appreciated[redacted] Director of ComplianceOAC

*** *** I have not received several messages about this account, that is not true! If they tried to call they did not leave voicemail Also, what does resolved mean? Will the negative reporting to my credit be reversed? It was an error of their staff, not mineI gave them my banking info times!

Hello-I am in receipt of the email advising that my complaint (referenced above) is considered complete.I do not consider it complete because the issue has not been resolvedPlease see the attached letter that I also sent to OAC Collections, in Baraboo WI. I never received an itemized statement from this debt collectorI just pulled up my credit report and there it wasI always pay my bills on time and if I have received an itemized statement, I would have contacted OACand paid right away, and would have prevent them from spoiling my credit score I truly believe this collection agency just "park" medical debt on my credit report before I even get the bill from them or original health care provider.

I checked my rights and I notified OAC that the debt was not validThere were no bills received from SPG at the point of when I was contacted by you in August and I notified you within daysThis was also prior to it being reported to any credit reporting agency.I also have proof SPG still has
my account in their possession and this was not in collection , I have a bill dated 11/2/from SPG, stating pay immediate, no mention of collections. I contacted SPG on 11/and they stated the bill as been paid in October.Please have this removed from all credit reports immediately. days is not acceptable

I you go onto the Florida State licensing site we are licensed under Oliver Adjustment Company, IncWe also have a DBA name of OAC Collections Specialist

We did send out an itemized statement on 8/23/Mr*** will have to follow up with his insurance company regarding this matterBecause it is medical we have to follow the HIPAA laws and the matter is out of our hands
