Good Morning,We have had numerous phone conversions with Ms*** to which she states that she is disputing the account and was told by her insurance company that she isn't responsible for the balance We have marked her account as disputed and have requested that she forward us the
explanation of benefits from her insurance showing that she is not responsible for this amount We have consulted with our client and they have no record of receiving any insurance payment on this account An itemized statement was sent to Ms*** on 10/14/ If Ms*** could send us a copy of the explanation of benefits that shows the balance was paid we will forward it onto our client for further review Any assistance in this matter is appreciated.*** ***

Good afternoon,We received a phone call from Ms*** on 1/5/at which time she identified herself as our consumers mother We explained that in order to discuss anything with her we would need permission from the consumer being that they are an adult She stated because they
gave permission to the hospital to speak with her about the charges that we should be able to also, We explained to her that the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibits us from conducting any type of collection activity without said permission We indicated several times to have the consumer contact us with said permission and we would be more then happy to call her back She indicated no that we should talk to her anyway and again explained we are not able toso She stated that we were uncooperative and would file a complaint and terminated the call.Once we receive permission from the consumer we would be more then willing to contact her directly I can be reached directly at ###-###-#### or ###-###-####.Your assistance in this matter is appreciated *** ***

As previously stated, we collect on behalf of Pathology Consultants of Chicago and Ms*** does have a contract with this clientThe only way to get these taken off of her credit report is to resolve them with payment or with insurance information so that we can seek payment through themMy number is listed below so that Ms*** can contact me with a way to get this resolved quickly on her side. ***(877)566-

I sorry that there has been confusion with Ms***'s accountWe have two accounts and the last time a payment was supposed to go through we had issues with the checking information that we were given by Ms***We have tried calling numerous times since March of but have never received a
call backAll we need is Ms*** to do is call our office to verify the banking information we have on file and to ok a payment and her account will be resolved

Good morning,The account has been noted as bankrupt.  We have requested the  credit bureaus delete the account.  .  Consumer reporting agencies may take up to 30 days or longer to update reports and this is beyond our control.Your assistance in this matter is appreciated.[redacted]...

We received (3) accounts for the consumer on 10/22/2015 from our client, [redacted]. We immediately sent out a validation letter and tried twice to call with the phone number the Client provided us. On 1/21/2016 Ms. [redacted] called us and asked about the accounts. We informed her that it...

looks like insurance needed to be reprocessed and she needed to call her insurance to resolve this. Ms. [redacted] said she would call insurance and asked us to send her another notice, which we did. Insurance finally made their payment on 4/27/2016 leaving a balance between the (3) accounts of $37.18. We never did receive any dispute through the credit bureau in the time we have had the accounts. I now have the accounts marked as disputed and that is how they will now report to the credit bureaus. Once the $37.18 is paid in our office we will delete them from the credit bureau. Please also keep in mind that if something is reporting inaccurately then follow up with the (3) bureaus is necessary. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions she can give me a call directly and I would be happy to work with her. Thank you for your time. Jolynn(414)431-4459

Dear Revdex.com,   The Company manipulates the rule of Fair Business Act to their Discretion. This Is Obvious. I have never had an experience paying a bill for Anyone Over or Under 18 like this. All I wanted was to satisfy a debt in my Son's Name and a Date Of Service put on a Mailed Receipt for My Sons' Records and Credit History, Not Disclosing Anything to ME!  Thus the reason I asked that although they where not going to Discuss this with ME that they mail him a Paid Receipt with that Info. It's Called Good Business Practice , Something this Company and this Woman Know Little to NOTHING about. Proven by her consistent Repetitive Answer to This Complaint!
Regards,
[redacted]
