It seems that after this issue was communicated to the Revdex.com, the customer was offered an appropriate credit for the proof of purchase provided He would just need to call in and review his claim number with a customer service rep who would be happy to place an order for shorts with the credit
given If there are any issues i've noted the file so that any an appropriate exception can be made for the customer

My watch could not have been purchased before and was
probably purchased a couple of years laterIf, as you say in your letter, you
should have offered me $off a new watch, I would have considered that offer
I sent you a watch in good condition, needing only a clasp
on the bandI was told the clasp was not available but that the band could be
replaced for $130, which I acceptedOakley made an agreement to repair and
return my watch for $You not only broke that agreement, but you returned
my unrepaired watch covered with adhesive and looking like a piece of garbage,
which, I guess, it now is since you are unable or unwilling to repair it
Based on this incident, I am unwilling to spend a lot of
money on a new Oakley watch, which may be useless after a few years due to lack
of partsSo, you can replace my watch for the $I was supposed to pay and try
to regain my loyalty, or you can add me to your list of dissatisfied, former
customersI see a lot of people in my business, and many have admired my
Oakley watch in the past; some probably wound up buying oneDoing the right
thing can only help your business

Hi,
This warranty claim was deemed to not be defective and was not covered under warranty, Instead of paying full price for new lenses, we gave a 50% discountWe needed to order the lenses from another location and this took a little extra time to completeI show several phone calls with
the customer explaining this process
The glasses were shipped yesterday with overnight delivery at no extra charge, They were delivered already and signed for by the customerAt this time we did everything we were able to do for the customer

The Glasses were covered under the warranteeSecond the only communication Oakley had with me was by phone calls I placed to themThe price was $for the lens on there website so they did not give me a %discountThey did not have the same lens and gave me a poor excuse for a substituteI was promised the glasses over a week ago and had to "Harass" Oakley to get answers. They baited and switched me and also failed to honor the warrantee

I am sorry for the misunderstanding with the representative you spoke withWe do not list incorrect prices on our website to make it load fasterAre glasses are pictured with the starting price for each model and for the Wiretap glasses you wanted it states "from $200"Once you click on a specific color combination it will list the actual price for the glasses which in this case was $as the model you wanted has a polarized lens and is more expensive than a standard lens
