Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because, well there isn't any response from the company, they simply want their money, and won't listen to what I'm telling them.I spoke to a Rep today on the Phone, in my book, also doesn't know anything about Respect towards a customer, perfect example, telling me we've been on the phone minutes and he has other calls to attend toWell I'm sorry if it takes an hour to resolve a problem you wait and resolve it.You never tell a customer we've talked long enough on the phone, this is so typical of American Customer service.Oceanic only wants to hear what they want to hear, I communicated with them and they said ok, yet they cut me off!

Horrible product! unfortunately they have a monopoly on cable service on the islandway to expensive for the quality and quantity of services provided! I have spent hours on the phone waiting for them to fix my account to Access TWC WiFi® HotspotsThe cable service has spotty channels in which sometimes they are unavailable due to bandwidth issues, so they claim! If I am paying for a service I expect it to be provided all the timeIf it does not work as advertised, then I expect my money back! If you don't pay your your bill they are quick to send you to collections TO SCREW up your credit and if they don't provide a service well I guess we as costumers are just screwed because they wont even credit your account for services not rendered! It took months to finally get TWC hot spot access because their website did not workI spent hours on the phone with themjust today Oct I finally got that serviceOnly because they are the only provider, that I still grudgingly use themwhat a monopoly!

So I've spoken with many a time warner reps since my incidentTo their credit, they couldn't have handled this issue any fasterThey were concerned and seemed to ask the right questionsI'd like to note that the issue with identifying your are of service with your phone number is a little odd when requesting service as MANY People have out of area area codesNone the less, I called again using the same menus, with the same zip code and I received a very friendly Aloha! So I'm happyThey handled it quickly and with tact and courtesy to bootCheers

October The WORST Customer Service everConsumer beware of selecting this businessRead this review firstWaited for two hours (3-pm) today for install service to show up to add cableNever did, called service center got the run aroundSo, went to office at Ma'a St, Kahului, HI Talked to both Anissa T and Elizabeth T (Said they could not give out their last names, but could give out their store managers name, Rick Coletio) on why the install service was put on holdThey said because two more boxes were added (separate from the first box), there system automatically postpones the original service scheduledYet they do not call or inform the customer of this ( I called twice today to ensure they would be at house)Both the ladies above just laughed about it and did nothing to fix the problem for todayInstead, they rescheduled it for tomorrow 9-am, on a Saturday to installWe will see if the show up or not...and this screw up does not include sending the original equipment to the wrong adress the first timeToo bad I can't bill the company to repay me for hours of salary wasted on their mistakes

I told her that I am taking legal actions and that we paid the invoice statement dated 8/28/in the amount of $in full for services until 10/22/2015"She said they will no longer provide us servicesI informed her that we are getting harassed by them for paying for another deceased tenants billI requested for them to put things in writing and not via phoneShe said she willPlease assist with further actions that we can take against this unfair company that is trying to collect for payment for another persons billThis is illegal and unfairThank you Sincerely, [redacted]
