Oceanic time Warner credited me $for down time of boxhours of my timeanh Hour and a half getting new boxLost all my shows and schedulesLost footage I had videoed for broadcst for local TV stationsThey sated they do not support exporting video from box
to save itThey did provide me some free programming for a year and an upgraded price at a lower price but of, course there is no cost to them and There was a cost to meProbably three hundred dollars in my time burnedI wanted creditInstead they give me services for a short time at no cost to themselvesI rejected their response only because I don't know if Box works yetAfter all the setup and time I had to call in once again beacuse it did not permit me to watch ***! Another minutes wasted.......I'll close case when I know current issues are resolved

***No response from me?You ask me that even before they respond to me?How do you close a complaint on a one sided conversation? They hung up on me!But they will not say that.So if they thought I did or lost call they would have called me
back?They do not want to comply with the agreement we hadIncrease was less than days after it was madeAnd another one in April? And will not give a proper credit for days interrupted service.And I do not reply and you close the complaint?They have done nothing really to try and resolve thisAnd there signal on several channels continue to be badAnd they want more and more money!*** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because, well there isn't any response from the company, they simply want their money, and won't listen to what I'm telling them.I spoke to a Rep today on the Phone, in my book, also...

doesn't know anything about Respect towards a customer, perfect example, telling me we've been on the phone 17 minutes and he has other calls to attend to. Well I'm sorry if it takes an hour to resolve a problem you wait and resolve it.You never tell a customer we've talked long enough on the phone, this is so typical of American Customer service.Oceanic only wants to hear what they want to hear, I communicated with them and they said ok, yet they cut me off!

This is not available, the prices are much higher.

I am rejecting this response because:On 9/10/2015, at 8:15am, I received a call which was recorded by an Oceanic Rep who stated that effective 9/15/2015, they are terminating services at our address." I told her...

that I am taking legal actions and that we paid the invoice statement dated 8/28/2015 in the amount of $246.70 in full for services until 10/22/2015". She said they will no longer provide us services. I informed her that we are getting harassed by them for paying for another deceased tenants bill. I requested for them to put things in writing and not via phone. She said she will. Please assist with further actions that we can take against this unfair company that is trying to collect for payment for another persons bill. This is illegal and unfair. Thank you.
