Was scheduled for an install todayTech did not call to notify that he was on his way (I work mins away from home)When he arrived at my house, my father-in-law was home to let the tech in for the installHowever, the tech told my FIL that he would not do an install because I was not there and left before even calling meI authorized my FIL to allow this install and the tech didn't even bother to checkAnyone can tell that he was too lazy to follow through and just wanted to dig outThe tech was at my house for less than a minuteIs this what is considered customer service?!?!

It is true, they did contact methe contact was made after the account was closedAfter I called them and figured out the problem myselfMy original complaint was not that they did not contact meThe complaint was, that they did not contact me before the account was closedThis may be a logical outcome changing providers, but I think there is a responsibility on their part to inform me I am no longer going to have access to personal property iePhotos, correspondence ect

I can't belive the way *** feels she can speak to peopleAfter she tells me that she's not going to do anything and insinuated I was lying! I've been in the army years and have never been spoken to or had my integrity questioned the way she did! She just threw wood on the fire and made the situation 10X worse! I hope Time Warner doesn't continue to degrade and insult their customers it's not the right way to do business!

I took a day off of work to be home for my 1100-appointmentAt 1430, I called and asked what the status was because nobody had came by my residence all dayA customer service representative told me that a "technician" came by at and heard dogs barking and they heard them outside...completely falseThe representative also stated that they were booked until WednesdayA day off of work costs me dearly, about months of cable billsI can't afford taking another day off this monthI understand them being late, but not lying about itAfter 4+ years, I think I will be finished with this company and hope that anybody else in the military on Oahu does the same

policy is that anyone can sign for the installation who is over years of age, is that a good policy?!? they told me a female ordered the hoover the phone AND a female signed for it at the doorI AM NOT A FEMALE(XXX.docx)
