Date and time you picked up your vehicle? And the phone number you call us from?Additionally, the only relationship between us any any of the properties who engage us, is to monitor and enforce their parking policies We do not pay them in any fashion! Without these services that we provide the parking issues at your property as well as many others, would be numerous!If you require more information, please provide me with the aforementioned details.Thank you

In both images we have of the pass, it is obscured The photos are taken from different angels The pass is obscured to the same degree in both photos One photo is not more or less obscured than another, just taken from different angles.Again, there is NO NEED to change the gears or change the status of the emergency brake to tow the vehicle as it was towed with dollies The cars tires would not touch the ground when being towed If the security system singled "alarm triggered" that could very well happen if the vehicle is moved with dollies or if it is a gps security system then the system would see movement The vehicle was not entered by our drivers nor would it be required to in order to tow the car.Thank you

This refund has been in process But the delay has been with the unique situation as the vehiclewas paid for with different credit card accounts that belong to two different people We must refund the exact amount to each picticular card Tim has contacted the father previously for this information but had not received it Today I have personally called the father requesting the information on both cards and await a return call with the information I have requested Once I receive the information, the processing of the credits to each card will continue to completion

To abide by the law and for the safety of our employees, our drivers are not permitted to stop with a car in transit We also did a thorough search of the truck records during the time frame of your tow and did not see the truck ever speedingThe fees to retrieve your vehicle are set and are the same even if we have it for a few minutes or hours If the car remains in our possession over the next day there are additional storage fessOur management responds generally during business hours That is why you were correctly told that on the next business day to speak with a manager

The address you gave and the description of the 'cabin' is for another tow company on [redacted] Are you sure we towed your car? Also we do not have any [redacted] employees at the location
