This refund has been in process.  But the delay has been with the unique situation as the vehiclewas paid for with 2 different credit card accounts that belong to two different people.  We must refund the exact amount to each picticular card.  Tim has contacted the father previously...

for this information but had not received it.  Today I have personally called the father requesting the information on both cards and await a return call with the information I have requested.  Once I receive the information, the processing of the credits to each card will continue to completion.

I have reviewed the tow information and find that this is a valid tow because there was no permit displayed as you acknowledged in your complaint.  We are instructed to tow any vehicle without a required parking permit as all vehicles require a permit.  Thank you.

[redacted] was properly towed for violating the property’s parking rules and regulations.  When she came to our location to retrieve her vehicle she spoke with our manager Tim.  He explained the towing process to her.  She later returned to speak with Tim about a claim of...

damages.  The claim of damages was handled at several different management levels within our company who determined there was no damage caused by the towing of the vehicle parked in violation.  As this was not satisfactory, we requested that she contact her insurance company and we gave her our insurance company information to settle this this damage complaint she had brought to our attention.  [redacted] was unsatisfied with Tim’s response and asked to speak with someone else.  At that point, [redacted] spoke with our CFO Ms Q[redacted].  [redacted] was unsatisfied and asked to speak with someone else.  At that point, she was referred to the CEO, Fred S[redacted].  [redacted] was unsatisfied with the conversation with Mr. S[redacted] and wanted further remedies.  At that point, Mr. S[redacted] explained to her that she should then handle these concerns directly with the insurance companies. The insurance company then completed an investigation of her vehicle and based upon that evidence, determined the damage was NOT caused by the towing of her vehicle (please see attached denial letter).  The insurance company’s inspection was done by the insurance company directly and not done by Henry’s Wrecker Service or any of Henry’s Wrecker Service'sstaff or employees. to retrieve your vehicle are set and are the same even if we have it for a few minutes or hours.  If the car remains in our possession over the next day there are additional storage fess. Our management responds generally during business hours.  That is why you were correctly told that on the next business day to speak with a manager.
