I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel comfortable providing them with my personal phone number, especially after I was threatened by the tow truck driverI fear for my personal safety because with a phone number it is very easy to find an address I followed up with the Leasing Office at *** *** and was informed that they did not contact them to report that I was illegally parkedIt is clear that I was a victim of predatory towing and would like to be reimbursed my $

I am rejecting this response because: I have already answered the questions that the business is now re-asking. I am going to repeat the responses that I sent to the business already.1. When and where was the picture you have attached with your complaint taken? The picture was taken on the day that I retrieved my vehicle at the tow location2. Did you fill out a damage claim at our lot when you picked up your vehicle? Yes and I followwith an email. But, I never received a response back from the tow company3. "Henry's Wrecker Service already has documentation showing damage to my vehicle that their company caused." What documentation do we have? I sent the documentation that showed the damage to my vehicle and the estimate to repair the vehicle via email, more than once.4. Please specifically indicate exactly where any damage you claim is on your vehicle as well as a description. The damage is apparent in the photos that I have already sent. As evident in the photos, there is paint damage as though the car were dragged along a wall or other surface.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:The destruction of the engine pan that goes underneath my vehicle was positively caused by Henry's Wrecker Service, as I initially stated They have denied it from the moment that I picked up the car until now, and will continue to deny it because they don't take responsibility I obviously did not expect THEIR insurance company to side with me, actually the first words that came out of the representative who contacted me were "you know that I represent Henry's" - ah, yeah - no brainer Nevertheless, I went through the processTo my surprise, the insurance company chose to take pictures of my entire vehicle to include the inside What was the relevance of that if not to attempt to deflect liability somehow.? The focus should have been on the damage caused, which was UNDER my vehicle I further contacted my own insurance company USAA, to advise them of what had occurredUSAA stated that these situations are common and there is not much they could do to go after the other insurance company I surrendered and proceeded to submit a report to you, because they should not be allowed to 1) function as predators lurking in shopping centers, arbitrarily towing vehicles at leisure and 2) if this predatory behavior results in damages to vehicles of unsuspected customers of a shopping center, then they ought to be held liable and forced to take responsibilityIn fact, there's talk about legislation to regulate these companies to tow ONLY when called My position remains the same I was patronizing my bank and never should have been towed - even if I did leave the premises afterwards, thus I want to be reimbursed $for the towing, and be reimbursed $for the damages caused I am fortunate that I can pay for this myself so this is not about money, rather the principal of it all At the very least, I want others to know and be warned about Henry's business practiceThey will tow you, intimidate you, damage your vehicle, and then deny it allI am so sure I'm not their first victim

Last week both payments methods were submitted and the refund was processed to completion.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Again, it's my word against theirs It does not surprise me that they would not admit to unlawfully entering a car or towing it when a valid pass was displayed, and they're obviously not changing their story, so my complaint stands If nothing else, this was enough to make my condo association cancel the patrol contract with this company, so someone found it plausible enough to take action regardless of Henry's position I appreciate your efforts

You mention your parking pass was hanging from the mirror 'clear as day', did you take a picture of the pass when you went to retrieve you car? Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: *** and owner of the property should revised the lease agreement and make it clear for everybodyI believe any rental companies should have sufficient parking spaces to do the business, this is something that county and permitting center need to investigatePlease refund the charge and discuss the solution with the owner and ***, the customers should not pay for the parking there

I am sorry you feel this way and apologize for what you sense transpired.   I will speak directly to the drivers manager and have him go over, with the driver, your concerns.  Safety of our personnel and the general public is of major importance to us, as well as, customer service.  No one likes getting towed and these can be difficult times whether it is an accident, breakdown or parking infringement.  We try to lessen the stress at those times and not add to it.Thank you for your comments and information as it will help me in training and evaluation of our people.Ted Nevins

In both images we have of the pass, it is obscured....

 The photos are taken from different angels.  The pass is obscured to the same degree in both photos.  One photo is not more or less obscured than another, just taken from different angles.Again, there is NO NEED to change the gears or change the status of the emergency brake to tow the vehicle as it was towed with dollies.  The cars tires would not touch the ground when being towed.  If the security system singled "alarm triggered" that could very well happen if the vehicle is moved with dollies or if it is a gps security system then the system would see movement.  The vehicle was not entered by our drivers nor would it be required to in order to tow the car.Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: We don't take receipts as we believe in being environmental-friendly. I can provide you with an excerpt from my credit card statement for the transactions that we used Credit Card for, . I can also request the stores to pull out cash-based-receipts from their system, if possible, for the cash transactions. But, really,  I feel that all of this is ridiculous. My vehicle was towed unlawfully because of the fault of your company, the burden of proof should be on your company, as we were the victims. I feel outrageously victimized by the way you handle such issues. I will try to procure the documents as per your request and present them to you. However, I will report this whole incidence to the authorities, to prevent the victimization of innocent college students.  Also, I would like to request Revdex.com to kindly advise us on the legal options available to deter the legal options available to fight and deter such unlawful, unethical and deceitful business practices of such towing companies.

The address you gave and the description of the 'cabin' is for another tow company on [redacted].  Are you sure we towed your car?  Also we do not have any [redacted] employees at the location.

I am rejecting this response because:The HOA provided me with written documentation that they did not authorize the tow nor did they or call in the tow nor did they have a problem with how my car was parked.    The tow was in violation of Maryland State Law which requires written authorization for each tow regardless of the time of day.   Montgomery County MD officials have instructed the HOA to stop working with Henrys Wrecking due to violations of signage laws and  complaints about improper towing.  The HOA informed me in writing on 4/17/17 that I would be receiving a refund from Henrys Wrecking.  Although, I paid by credit card, that refund,  I'm told will be sent to the HOA via check, and the HOA will forward to check to me.
