Residents who register their vehicles with the condo management and are parked in their assigned parking spot should not be towed. Period. The intent of laws/regulations should always be considered when enforcing them. In this case, the point is to prevent outsiders from parking in the complex denying residents a space to park, which is a benefit of their condo fees, which I have paid without fail for the decade that I have owned my condo unit. If your company does not ask [redacted] for a list of registered vehicles and their assigned spots, then you are both delinquent in your duties. Dear [redacted],Your vehicle was towed by request as abandoned which is in violation of the property rules and regulations.  We did not tow this vehicle without a request. As stated in this complaint, that the tags, inspections and registration played no part in them contacting us to...

I am rejecting this response because: The provided video reinforces the statement that no one touched the mirror prior to the photo being taken.  You towed a legally parked car by not checking the mirror or confirming with the office as to its registration status.  This is a predatory activity.  I'm now actually concerned about legally parking my car in that lot and will be petitioning the condo board to cancel your contract.

Thank you for the opportunity to address all your concerns.  However before I can proceed I need more information to research our systems for your tow.Do you have an invoice / receipt number?  Date and time you picked up your vehicle?  And the phone number you call us...

from?Additionally, the only relationship between us any any of the properties who engage us, is to monitor and enforce their parking policies.  We do not pay them in any fashion! Without these services that we provide the parking issues at your property as well as many others, would be numerous!If you require more information, please provide me with the aforementioned details.Thank you.

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would note, however, that Henry's Wreckers did not respond to my four voicemails, and only processed my refund a month after the incident, when my HOA management company contacted them and said the HOA is cancelling our contract with them as a result of their unacceptable customer service.

With the phone number provided with this complaint I was unable to locate any calls to our company.  Did you contact us from another phone number?  If so, what was it?   I will continue to look into your concerns. Thank you.

We are instructed by [redacted] HOA to tow for several violations, one of which is to tow any vehicles taking two parking spaces.  Your vehicle was taking 2 spaces as shown clearly in the attached photo. Thank you.

and was still on [redacted] premises.  In which store at [redacted] [redacted] does she work or was a customer and what times was she there that day either as a customer or worker?Why do you claim that it was [redacted] that was seen leaving by "Henry's Wrecker Service"?Thank you.
