I was recommended this site from a friend I need a fax asap for my business thats the way I get my orders, before I actually placed the order it told me I would received it approx two business days it took almost over a week for it to get here it would be nice if they would tell you straight of the bat how they work with there shipping.

I have placed many orders with Office Supply. Even though they claim next day delivery like the well-known B&M office supply retailers, I have never gotten my order in less than 2 days, sometimes longer. The boxes come UPS and are usually in very sad shape. When I first started ordering (under their previous name of Discount Office Items) 2 years ago, most of their products were considerably cheaper. But lately I find Staples and other retailers cheaper, especially with their promotions. However, our last experience with OS finally may prevent me from ever ordering from them again in the future: Although their customer service seems to consist of US representatives, and is prompt, my recent experience with an attempted return of several items from a past order proved unjust. I was 5 days over allowing my item to be returned at full price. OS wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee. In addition to the cost to ship back, if this return makes my original order fall below the $45 free shipping policy - the original order will be subject to shipping charges as well! I asked if the restock charge could be waived due to the slight overage of days allowed and my frequent customer status. When denied, I asked for a supervisor being informed that my rep was the supervisor. Even after mentioning that I will reconsider who I purchase from in the future, they still didn't care to accommodate me. I have returned items to others, Staples, Quill, WB Mason, etc - ALL without issue. Just so that there aren't any additional holdups from OfficeSupply.com to rectify this issue - This was for order [redacted]. Respond to this review for the Company email, and the zip is [redacted]. We would like OfficeSupply.com to honor the return of 5 of the item "Lorell Recycled Plastic Mounting Pencil Cup" at full price (5 @ 4.31 - = $21.55) along with sending us a pre-paid label to ship them back to you. And I do not expect any other charges to be slipped in there such as a shipping charge for my original order. Thank you.

My office supply experience was very negative. I found the description on their website bond paper inaccurate. If you go to the manufacture's website there is a distinction made regarding different types of bond paper which was not on the office supply website. They refused to cover the return costs due to the misinformation on their website, also charged us for the initial shipping cost, which was free initially due to how much we spent. So now we have paid for shipping and return for an inaccurately described item that we no longer have. Both costs I believed were industry covered standards as we have made returns with other office suppliers and have not had to pay for this before.

We placed a first time and unfortunately only time order with this company for product based on the pricing listed on their website. It stated it was a Google trusted website and so we took a leap of faith. The product we received was the correct item, but the quantity was shorted by 10 items per box times 4 boxes. I reviewed the order to make sure I didn't misread the item we ordered and it was correct. When contacting customer service, they stated it did show 15 per box and not the 5 per box we received. They asked us to wait for a response which we never received and after 4 days had to contact them to find the resolve. They stated unfortunately it was an error and they were going to work on correcting it in their system. On that same day I received an advertisement email with the same product and the same incorrect price and this was more than a week later. I asked if they would honor the advertised price and send us the remaining product to which they replied no. I argued our point of honoring an advertisement as we are a retail company and realize that is part of doing business. I then asked for a discount on the current product we received to equal that adjustment of the advertisement minus what we never received to which they again replied no. After a third attempt at saving them funds in the return shipping by asking what type of discount they might be willing to honor, they absolutely returned an insulting amount of a discount. I have never received such horrible customer service (especially as a first time customer) from an office supply merchandiser. I was extremely disappointed and will never recommend this company and will probably steer others away from using them. I cannot believe they have an A+ rating with anyone.

TODAY ITS 10 DAYS AFTER WE HAD THIS TALK I COME TO MY OFFICE AND CALL TO SEE WHY DIDN'T GET MY ORDER YET AND MISS [redacted] TELLING ME THAT SHE CANCELED MY ORDER BECAUSE SHE CANT SHIP IT TO MY STORE CUZ SHE CANT VERIFIED THE ADDRESS.,,,, THIS IS AFTER 10 DAYS THAT THEY HAVE GOT PAID AND MY CUSTOMER ARE WAITING FOR THE PRODUCT AND I ASK TO TALK WITH THE SUPERVISOR THEY TRANSFER ME TO [redacted] THAT WAS RUDE AND UNINCORPORATED WITH ME. I discovered officesupply.com online searching for a particular office supply item, and have used them several times since. Every shopping experience has been extremely positive - prices are very competitive, and shipping is free and next day despite not promising next day. I will continue to shop with this merchant.

I discovered Discount Office Items while doing a search on the Internet for an office supply product. I'm always looking for ways to save the company money.

I looked at the site and decided to give them a try. My order arrived the next day. Wow! I haven't experienced service like that in quite some time.

I was impressed to learn the company is located in Columbus, WI. We are very fortunate to have such an exemplary "customer service" focused office supply business in this state.

Review: I placed a order for toner for 3 different brands of printers. And was told that the order was too large and I would have to submitt a copy of my drivers license plus a copy of the credit card I used, when they had been paid for the order through PayPal, I don't know what their problems are but they have earned a do not order ban from me. They cancelled the order, which will cause me a slite problem but the order was placed early so I have gime to make a replacement order sith someone else.Desired Settlement: That whatever they are trying to do, they do a better job at it, They seem to say that they don't handle large orders .

Unfortunately fraud through paypal or any other payment channel is prevalent with internet orders.At times orders are flagged when it's a large order shipped to a residence. For both our customers and our protection ID can be asked for.Of course the last thing we really want to do is cancel a legitimate large order, since our goal like all businesses is to maximize sales.We apologize for any inconvience.

I've ordered from this company once and will not again. The shipment was a mess! I ordered 6 items and got a box with four items. Nothing mentioned the other items that were missing, no email, notification in the box...nothing. I called Customer Service and they told me that they didn't know where it was and looked up the supposed shipping information for a second shipment code from a different supplier but told me it was a false code. I was told they would rectify the problem and send me an email. I still haven't heard anything. I will not buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.They lost half of my order! But I paid for it!!

After we placed order we learned that they can not honor the freight charge listed on their site. Wast of our time! Bad company to do business with.

Review: My company ordered category folders on July 23rd, 2015 and I never received the order. I tried to check the order number for shipping dates and the system couldn't find my order number. I sent an email (per the customer service instructions) on Tuesday August 5th, and received a reply on the 6th telling me they were looking into the problem with their warehouse. I sent another email on the 7th asking for a full refund and that I would be reporting them to the Revdex.com and did not receive a response on that either.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund on our company credit card.

I purchased two large glass whiteboards online. The product that arrived did not match the images that were advertised online. I contacted OfficeSupply about replacing these with an alternative product, and they said it was not possible.
Absolutely frustrating! I will never use this company again.
False advertising. No resolution. Poor customer service. Terrible policy. Awful company.

Worst web site ever. Wanted to order colored copier paper. No way to view the colors before ordering. So just had to order by the name of the color. Their web site mixed 8.5 x 14 with all their standard 8.5 x 11 reams of paper. I just clicked on the ream of goldenrod along with the pink, green, cream, lilac, etc. but the goldenrod came with all the other reams as 8.5 x 14. They said I had to pay to return it to them. Postage would cost more than the paper. So this is my fault that their web site is screwed up??? Will NEVER EVER use them again. Customer service sucks and they have lost my business as a customer. Will NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone -- despite the low prices, the customer service policies are criminal. I will now donate the ream to a nonprofit and get a replacement somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

This company uses deceptive return policy wording and practices. The return policy states "your return will be subject to our actual outbound shipping and handling costs if you received it free and your order falls below the minimum $75." First off, free shipping is FREE no? I read the return wording before ordering, but since my order was over $200, it was my understanding that I would not be responsible for the outbound shipping as well. What the policy meant to state is that any order that is returned, if not combined with other items totally more than $75, will be charged the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs if the item was advertised as FREE shipping. It should also clearly state that any single item order will be charged for the outbound and return shipping. If the policy was CLEARLY stated, I'm sure folks would think twice before ordering from this company. I am now out $57 with nothing but frustration to show for it! I'll bet Discount Office Items makes a good deal of profits on their returns, since they MAKE money with returns. How is that ethical? The customer is out $57 and Discount Office Items is out nothing. What a great way to treat customers, no?

Also on the 26th, since I hadn't heard anything about the status of my refund (that was confimed delivered on the 16th), I e-mailed customer service to check on the status. I merely got a reply stating they would process it that day without ANY mention of the amount. I'm sure they just expect folks not to look too closely at their credit card bills and intentionally do not provide that information when returns are finally processed. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a product from this company's website. I needed the product urgently so I placed the order with them for a higher price seeing that they were offering a 1 business day shipment. But, when the order actually got processed and a tracking number was provided, it said I would receive my order after almost a week later. After checking the reviews here, I understand that this company has a habit of making false and fraudulent advertising. I would absolutely not recommend anyone to do business with this company.
