Review: I placed an order, received a phone call confirming delivery and billing address info and confirmation my order would be delivered in the next day or two. the following day, I received an email from Paypal (whom I used to pay for the transaction) stating the order was cancelled and I was getting a refund. First off no one from Office supply.com contacted me to tell me this was taking place. This was a donation for emergency relief and I have now lost a week to get the product in time to be shipped overseas. Secondly the charge was placed and money taken out immediately but I have to wait 4-5 days for my money back which is ridiculous. Unacceptable.Desired Settlement: My first request is to have the order delivered as promised. if this cannot take place, I would like to be contacted with an explanation and IMMEDIATE refund to use those funds to purchase the items elsewhere.

I'm So happy I found Officesupply.com. Unbeatable prices, great stuff, easy to order material and cool gifts. I highly recommend this company. We used to order from someone else but they were really tough to work with. I Love officesupply. Our company is looking forward to doing business with them for a long time.

The order procedure was terrible, And very foolish. The item listed for $140 and then only to find out 3 days later that I only ordered half a desk. Now that might have been my fault that I didnt read well, but I dont remember even seeing a part that says I need to order a second half! But then the other half of the desk was $190 dollars which is more expensive than the listed price of the desk. That is foolish and very low class. Customer support was horrible. The girl jennifer was talking to me like yes I know it is bitter sweet. And as if she didnt care too much. At first I wanted to return it and then only to find out that the process of returning it would cost me more that buying the first half so I just bought it. But overall I believe that customer service will get mayyybbeee 2 stars for rating. And would I recommend officesupply.com? Absolutely not. I own a company and im looking to expand over the next 3 months and looking to buy around 10 desks and I will never even buy a pencil from officesupply.com because they might sell me the pencil and then charge me double for the eraser! I don't recommend it to anyone!

Review: This company makes mistakes and doesn't try in the least bit to find a solution. I ordered the wrong item and took the necessary steps to return it. I sent it within the allotted timeframe and paid a relatively large amount of money for the return. I tracked it the whole way back to them only to see they rejected the package. Now I am out of more money and don't even have the items because the package has been lost in transit after the second attempt. I've contacted them multiple times only to get frustratingly short answers with little to no explanation and complete avoidance of my points. I finally got a little bit of an explanation, which made it clear that the mistake was made on their part, but there was nothing more they can do regarding my matter. Unfortunately I didn't do my research before deciding to buy from this company. Had I done so, it would have been obvious that I should spend my money elsewhere. People with issues rarely find solutions with them. Also, their refund policy does not make sense (deducting shipping costs that YOU paid) and you are also charged tax on shipping costs as well. Never seen that before. All I'm looking for is accountability, but playing dumb and helpless offers better convenience and better profits for them.Desired Settlement: Full refund for the products returned to the company.

Review: Office Supply had an old address on file and shipped the products I had ordered to an old address. After a week or so of not receiving the products, I checked the email to see if I could get the tracking #. After checking the tracking number on the UPS website I realized that it was sent to an old address that they must have had on file from before. I DIDN'T get the opportunity to enter in a new address when I purchased the products online, it was just on file an automatically went through. I called Office supply and was basically told it was my problem and to take it up with UPS. I was also told that the confirmation email I was sent had the shipping address on it and I should have called Office Supply to correct it. This was not true. I still have a copy of the confirmation email and it DIDN'T have a shipping address on it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she basically said the same thing that it was my problem. No offer of apology, no offer to contact UPS, nothing. I stated that since I didn't receive the products I ordered, that I would have dispute the charge on my credit card. I would like to avoid that if possible, I would just like to get the products I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the products delivered that I had paid for or have a refund for the order I didn't receive.

After visiting several websites for the coin sorter I wanted to give my dad as a Christmas gift, I found office supply.com had 2 day shipping with express processing. The item I needed was a little more expensive compared to other sites, but with the 2 day shipping I would receive it before Christmas since I ordered it on the morning of December 21st. I paid for express processing and was excited it would be here in time. When I was emailed the shipping confirmation it said I wouldn't receive it until at least December 28th. I emailed the company and they simply said they can't guarantee shipping times. They had no intention on sending it to me so I would get it in two days. They shipped it fedex ground. I believe they are committing fraud by advertising 2 day shipping when they knew I would not get it in two days. I would have NEVER bought it from them if I had known I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas. They didn't try to resolve the problem and were extremely unsympathetic. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and believe they should be punished for false advertising.

At the time I ordered, OfficeSupply.com was selling the labels I wanted for half the price of everyone else I found online and certainly all of the retail stores. I was a little nervous ordering since I hadn't heard of this website at all but I ordered 6 boxes so that I would qualify for free shipping and hoped for the best. Two days later, I just received the order. It is exactly what I ordered, at a great price and quickly delivered. Couldn't be happier.

The customer support is terrible. They can not even check to see if one of their products fits in another product pre purchase. Their reply was contact the manufacture and ask them, as if I could get 2 different manufactures to see if their products fit inside each other. All the rep has to do is take a lil bit of time and see if the 11 hole sheet protectors will fit in side of their 7 ring binder... Not exactly rocket science but apparently impossible.
