Brian was great. He responded promptly and was able to correctly diagnose the cause of our problem. We also felt safe with him in our home. This was a pleasant experience and we will use OHA from now on and recommend them to our friends and family

Devon was amazing! He took the time to explain everything and showed & shared pictures of my units to me. He gave me good tips to how to maintain our units. He sent us estimates for repairs and replacements for our units within a day and offered fair pricing. We look forward to working with them in the near future to replace our old unit with a new one.

Rick H from OHA provided great service and helped us through the process of selecting the furnace and a/c units. Worked through all questions in a timely and professional manner.

Our air conditioner started to fail over the past week leaving us without any cooling for several days. Rick spent several hours with us and was very helpful in assessing our situation and recommending a solution. We feel good about the new components selected for our home and look forward to their installation. To get us through the next week before install, Steve professionally recharged our current system to our great relief. OHA really shined for us today and we are grateful for the experience we had with Rick and Steve today.

Let me start by saying I don’t write many reviews unless they’re really worth my time. This company was a shot in the dark for me because I typically search multiple companies before selecting one. OHA was mentioned on my community *** page by other homeowners as being “top-notch”, “honest”, and “thorough”. While those statements all reign true, I wanted to briefly explain my experience and how easily it would have been to overcharge me or sell me the Brooklyn bridge if they had it. At the end of my appointment the AC was working and the thermostat was dropping- the tech said “all I did was assess the situation, I didn’t do anything”. I don’t know why or how it started working, but he truly could have said he fixed or replaced something and charged an arm or leg; we would’ve never known otherwise. First, Steve H. was absolutely amazing. He was patient (I was nagging with questions), he explained the workings of an AC unit (because I thought I was a licensed “you tube” graduate AC Tech), he was thorough and checked EVERYTHING more than once (because I was convinced he missed something). Now, in my defense, I was traumatized the day before. My AC stopped working on a Sunday- during the hottest week of the year. On Tuesday another company came out, checked the outside unit, fixed something and left. No explanation, no paperwork, nothing. Needless to say, Tuesday night I was frantically searching for a company to come out the next day. Pause......apologies about the lengthy review, I’m almost done. I called OHA at 7:25 pm expecting to leave a message. I was very surprised that an employee vice an answering service picked up. The representative was so patient and empathetic. She explained everything upfront, told me what to expect, explained the cost, and to look out for a text with the technician’s bio and pic (LOVED THAT!!!!). I was so pleased with this company (that I had never heard of). I even signed up for their yearly maintenance plan- which was pretty cheap in my opinion. Steve H. is our “go to” guy from now on. He gets the 3P’s from me: professional, patient, and personable- not to mention his 28 years in the game (not saying younger people aren’t experienced, but the first tech from the other company was 25- and not very personable or professional). Anyway, I already shared my OHA experience with neighbors and on our community page. I think I’m pretty tough to handle at times and Steve was great. My husband even approved- And if that Army Vet was impressed- it’s a win. Thanks for reading and seriously don’t use any other company for your AC repairs.

OHA was exceptional. From easy scheduling, to awesome technicians (thanks Steve), and a pricing structure that allows you to choose what you can afford. We'll be using and recommending OHAfor years to come!

Trevor and his crew did a great job installing two HVAC systems and a water heater. On time and polite.

The OHA team did a superior job installing our new compressor and evaporator coil. They were 'on time' and promptly went to work removing the old equipment in preparation for replacement. Antoine readily answered all my questions and was willing to discuss 'related' things. The finished installation was workman-like and the work areas were cleaned appropriately. After any hour or so, our home is cooling down wonderfully.
From a workman perspective, I recommend OHA Team.
