Brendan is amazing. We have used OHA several times, since purchasing our new-to-us home, and plan to use them when building our addition and upgrading our current system. Honorable, down-to-earth, and efficient are words I would use to describe this wonderful company.

OHA is the company to have. Our 19 year old water heater failed. OHA, James S and Justin did an amazing job installing our new one, but the whole OHA family took my frantic call, got everything together and next morning was there to solve our problem.
Thank you guys, as usual. They do nothing but make their customers happy while doing a great job! We've had them since moving to Stafford in 2001.

Just had Brian from OHA come out and do an inspection of my HVAC system and he was great. Actually from setting up an appointment to the text notifications, to his arrival and checking out my system, I’d give OHA an A+.

OHA put in a new HVAC system for us last December. We've had some issues but they have been resolved wonderfully by Steve H. He always addresses our concerns and then fixes the problem. Our new system is running great! Thank you OHA. You are fortunate to have Steve working for you.

I have a rental property in Stanford, Va & the renters called yesterday & said they had no air. Called OHA & they said they could come tomorrow, Sunday between 8 & 12. Got a text this morning that they were on their way & then another text that they had finished the work & let me know what the problem was.
Brandon was very professional & kept me in the loop through the whole process.
I will definitely use them again & Would highly recommend them to others.

OHA is always great. From the text messages, you receive when they are on their way, with pictures of what the technician will look like and little facts about them. The services is always top-notch. Jonathan Z was great. Fixed 2 things very quickly and was super nice to deal with.

We selected OHA Heating & Air Conditioning to replace the central air conditioning system in our 23 year old home. We first did our research on a couple of companies in the Fredericksburg area. We were looking for a local company, Accredited Business with the Revdex.com, excellent reviews for customer service, along with a business that had been in the area for several years. Also, the fact that the company employs veterans was an asset. We were able to get an appointment quickly and Brian came out to talk with us. Brian took his time with us and explained a lot of details about HVAC products and what type would be best for our needs. He was friendly, professional and someone you feel like you can talk to -- even though you may not be familiar with HVAC systems.
On the day of our installation -- Devon and Dale showed up promptly before 9:00 a.m. and worked tirelessly over the next ten hours installing our unit in the craw space under our house with the actual unit behind the house. They were very nice, friendly, seemed to enjoy their work and answered and explained the questions we had about our system.
We did notice a very small leak late that evening. All it took was a call to the OHA office and Devon was back to check it out and take care of it the very next day.
All and all, OHA Heating and Air Conditioning is a first-rate company: customer service at its best -- in a day and age where most service related companies do not seem to know what those words mean -- knowledgeable people on the job and friendly, fast service. A support team quick to respond to calls and appointments. We will be recommending this company to anyone who is in need of HVAC work. They are simply excellent!!

We have been with this company for many years and have used them to replace all the HVAC systems in our home. Today was our maintenance check and Steve did excellent service.

Great expertise from steve when he came out to service my heat pump. He also gave me some options to improve the air flow in my home. Will definitely request steve next time I use them.

Steve just finished a repair to an HVAC unit in a rental property I own. His notifications about arrival time and his call to inform me of the problem and what needed to be done were much appreciated. He was prompt and courteous and I highly recommend this company. I’ve used them in the past and they have always been great.

OHA (previously Oulette Heating and Air) has been my carrier for heating and air since 2003. I cannot imagine using anyone else! I love the fact that they are a hometown business! Kudos to Mr. Fred O for establishing such a wonderful company. He has since retired and sold the business, but the current owners maintain the same high standard of efficiency. The technicians always show up at the appointed time, they are courteous and friendly, and they wear booties to protect floors. Since we are under COVID-19 constaints, today's technician, Steve H also wore mask and gloves as expected. Thanks for another great job, Steve!

this company is hands down absolutely amazing we had a system installed by them just over 6 yrs ago and we could be more happy. we had our second issue in 6 yrs this past week/weekend. my husband called in Friday morning after our ac went out Thursday night and Brendan was at our house on Saturday and had the issue fixed within about 10 min. he even advised that had he had to of ordered a part the company would have paid to but our family up in a hotel so that we wouldn't suffer with no ac on 95 degree day! anytime they have been out for the yearly check up or to fix an issue they are ALWAYS very professional and kind. they have customers for life in us we have 4 yrs left of warranty and when it comes time to need a new unit we will purchase from them again!
