Today's Spring maintenance visit from Jonathan Zim was excellent: Jonathan was on time, polite and user-friendly/helpful, wore protective mask, et al. I have used OHA for 15+ years and have always been pleased with their service. Moreover, Kim in the office was willing to go the extra distance regarding a question I had. Both made me feel valued as a customer! Kudos to OHA!

Steven was honest and reasonable in all of our dealings with him . OHA has been straight forward and honored their estimates and gave us several options. Jonathan came out today to bi annually service our unit. Even amid this pandemic, service was above and beyond. Jonathan stayed within all the Covid-19 distance guidelines assuring his and our safety while working in our home. As always, when working with OHA, the service technicians are the most polite I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

OHA Heating and Air has been servicing my home system for 29 years (formerly Ouelette Heating and Air), and I have always been extremely satisfied with their work, pricing, knowledge and skill, as well as customer service. All OHA employees I have dealt with over the years (Devon, Brendan, Matthew, Steven, and Tiffany) are great!

I cannot say enough about this company! Steve and John are great to work with. They come in with mask on, shoe coverings and treat my house as if it were theres. They installed the UV scrubber which has been a great addition especially when sleeping at night. They redid my ductwork and things are finally starting to work. I even purchased their service plan since they go above and beyond for me and i'm not treated as a number, but rather a human. Thanks OHA! You're the best!

Very good work, I did have an issue with one of the techs not doing all if the work but OHA had another tech come out and he completed the work. My HVAC works much better now. I will be using OHA from now on!

Our install team were James and Trevor today for our new AC unit. They were very polite and professional in providing our service. The weather proved to be a challenge, as it was raining and still they took care to not track anything through on the interior floors. The removal of the old system and the install went as they had laid out. Really appreciated the instructions and the time they took making us familiar with our new unit. Again, we were very pleased with our install team and the support we got from all of the OHA staff. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service.
