Dear [redacted] , Thank You for contacting customer support We have issued a refund for the order and we are not sure why the item wasn't delivered to you the first time Unfortunately, orders under $do not come with a tracking number and we can not track the packageAlso, we can not ship items that are under $with the same day delivery as the shipping charges would exceed the amount of order and our customers wouldn't pay for overnight shippingWe decided to issue you a refund as that was one of the options you have usThank You and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences

As a weekly client of Loren's, I can honestly say that East Side Escape is my favorite place to goEspecially, when I return from business tripsI always feel like a new person when I leave ESE because *** incorporates aromatherapy, reiki, and chakra balancing into the deep tissue massage I usually getOnce in a while I will get a hot stone and reikiStill leaving feeling amazingThe reiki and chakra balancing was introduced to me by *** and it has changed the way I live! I am more positive and my body feels healthierI am just amazed at how much positive energy she has and how amazing I feel when I leave her studio, which is very soothing, thanks to her cozy style and aromatherapy in the air

[Your Answer Here]I've been told times that the product was sent out and re-sent...today is the *** of March and still have received nothing from them, and the ignorant way I was treated on the phone was deplorable, and it was just me, it was my bank when they called to find out what the problem wasIf they mailed ANOTHER new one out, why haven't I received it? My paycheck was mailed from California on Friday and it was in today's mailI just want my money returnedThis company is a rip offWhen I called them they did not say the product was returned from, they said it was lost in the mail, when I asked about a tracking number, *** told me they were not allowed to put tracking numbers on small packages...rightI gave them the benefit of the doubt...I've waited almost a month for the product to come from New York...and in fact was told by *** that it should only take 2-days to arriveFor a company who says they record all calls, they should have the conversations on tape, and know what I was told and how rude I was treated by being hung up time and againI am finished with this companyJust refund my money

I am in love with place I highly recommend it, if you need to relax you need to see the owner she is amazing !!! Oh and the prices are so fair !!!

Thank You for contacting us regarding your order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. 
After you contacted us with your concern that the item has not be delivered to you, we sent a replacement package on March [redacted]. The first...

package was returned to us by the post office because the address was wrong. For the second package to arrive you have to wait at least 5 business days. Please contact us March [redacted] if you don't receive the usb cable and we will confirm your address with you and take care of your order. Once again, we did everything we could, but the post office says something wrong with the address. Thanks
