Review: I purchased a iPad case from this company on September **, 2013 for my sons birthday. The following day I received a email stating that the item had shipped and the email provided a tracking number with the USPS. I checked the tracking number with the USPS and it said that all the USPS had received was the " Electronic Shipping Info". I have checked the status of the tracking number several times each day and it has stayed the same and I have not received the iPad case. I have tried contacting OhCases.com by phone and through email everyday sense last Friday. I get a recorded message everytime I call saying to leave a message and they will return my calls but I never hear back from them. All my emails have been ignored as well. I seached for reveiws on OhCases.com yesterday and have found out that this company has terrible customer service. I guess I should have seached them before I ordered the case. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated!!! Also the address listed on the website is slightly different from what you have. Review: I ordered a cell phone case. I never got it and it had been over two weeks. When I contacted the company they said I could have a refund but only if I send back the item. When I explain I never got the item I get no where with them.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund
