Thank You for contacting customer support. 
We have issued a refund for the order and we are not sure why the item wasn't delivered to you the first time. 
Unfortunately, orders under $10 do not come with a tracking number and we can not...

track the package. Also, we can not ship items that are under $10 with the same day delivery as the shipping charges would exceed the amount of order and our customers wouldn't pay for overnight shipping. We decided to issue you a refund as that was one of the options you have us. Thank You and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  I just regret that the Revdex.com received more information regarding the shipment than the company gave me in my inquiry.  I finally received the order but still disappointed that they couldn't explain to me that the shipment had been delayed or the reason for delay.  They just told me to wait for it.

Review: I placed an order with OhCases.com back on 10/*/2014 for an Otterbox Commuter Series Case For Samsung Galaxy S3 in Ocean Blue as a gift for someone's birthday in November, thinking that was plenty of time for the case to arrive. I got an order confirmation email and my credit card was charged. I have not been able to successfully track the package and it has still not arrived. I have emailed the company 2x using the Support email address they provided in my confirmation and never got a response. I've tried calling the phone number also included in my order confirmation and I keep getting an automatated message that the phone number is no longer in service. I try to go to their website and the URL never works, the website is either down or fails to connect. I am trying to get a refund for the case and for shipping charges. Their signature in the order confirmation also claims "Your satisafction is our #1 Priority", "100% Customer Satisfaction" "Easy returns and exchanges" and "30 Days Money Back Guarantee". These claims are obviously false!!Desired Settlement: I am trying to get a refund for the case and for shipping charges.

Review: I ordered a case on December *, 2014. I shortly thereafter received an email stating the case had shipped. The tracking number I was given did NOT have any package associated with it, but was for "pre-shipment info". After a month, there is still no shipment associated with the number.

I have twice attempted to contact Oh Cases; the last time was two weeks ago. I requested that they promptly ship the package, or give a full refund. They have not responded to my email.

I have heard nothing back, and have received neither the product I purchased, nor a refund.Desired Settlement: Oh Cases falsely claimed my order had shipped a month ago. They have ignored my requests to either ship, or refund the full purchase amount.

I would like a full refund and an explanation.

Review: I have purchased 10x 30 pin to lightening adaptor with audio “ALC30PI5BLK” from the website and paid $29.50 with my credit card ($2.95 each with free shipping) on 4/**/2014 order # [redacted] A few days later I have received a package with shipping slip of 10 “ALC30PI5BLK” but the package contained 10 of “LC30PI5BLK” adaptor ($0.99 each). When I contacted the support first I have been told there was no mistake and I received what I purchased and when I referred to the price and part number then they acknowledged they made a mistake and asked me to return the product before they can send me back the real deal. The support person told me that the shipping label will be send through email in few hours and it is only good for 24 hours. The email never arrived. Next day, I called for the second time and have been told that I will have the return label soon and someone is going to call back to explain the situation as well. After 4 days no email and no phone calls…. they don’t even answer my calls any more.

Review: On February **, 2014, I placed an order for a cell phone case. I received an email on February [redacted], that my order # [redacted] had been shipped that day, and I was given a USPS tracking number. On February [redacted], I tried to track the package on the USPS website, and the only information given was that the post office had received the tracking number electronically but the package had never arrived at the post office for shipment. On February [redacted], I went to the company website and requested more information on the order. There was no response from the company, so on February [redacted], I sent another email request asking to be contacted by phone. I received an email advising me my order had been shipped and I should wait another week for delivery. I phoned the company; I was told that my order was shipped, I should receive it within the next 5-7 days, and they would not discuss the information from the USPS. They said their records showed my order had been shipped and that I should wait for it.Desired Settlement: This business has a responsibility to honor their commitment of excellent customer service, and find out WHY they never delivered the package to the postal service to be forwarded to me. IF the package had actually been mailed on February [redacted] as said, it should have arrived by February [redacted], and to be told that I should wait another week is unacceptable.

We ask customer to let us know if there is anything we can do to compensate for the delay. The order was delivered on February [redacted] according to the tracking number.

Review: I made a purchase on March [redacted] and received an email on the first that it was being shipped priority mail 2 day and gave me a tracking number. When the product did not show up and I checked the USPS that there was no status on the product, I phoned their customer Service. They said it must have been lost in the mail and that they would send out the order again. When I asked for the tracking number they said that they would email the information that they were unable to see the tracking number on in their system. When I didn't received any emails I have called everyday as I needed the product by a specific date. When I call service number now it states it is recording and no one answers although you can hear noises in the background no one speaks to me. I have tried using their online chat but after saying I'm looking for status on an order it goes to sorry we are offline but please leave a message.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount $21.92 refunded to my account card.

Review: I ordered a cell phone case on the [redacted] of July and received a shipment confirmation on the [redacted]. I still had not received my order on the [redacted] so I used their online chat function to ask where it was and was informed that it was lost and they were out of stock at the moment but were expecting a shipment on Friday the [redacted] and would ship one the same day. I asked for another confirmation with tracking number when it shipped which they agreed to. By the [redacted] I did not receive a confirmation so I called the toll free number and was told it shipped on the [redacted] and I would receive it by Friday the [redacted] of August. I did not receive it today so I called once again and asked for a refund, I was told it shipped on the [redacted] so I could not have a refund. I demanded a tracking number to prove it was indeed shipped and in transit or a full refund and I was hung up on.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or my product in a timely matter

Review: On November *, 2014. I had ordered two iPhone 5 Otterbox cases, today is December **, 2014. My order has not even been shipped, and when I tried to contact them I got no reply.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund, I am so upset that I spent my money just to not get my product.
