Review: On 11/*/2014, I ordered a cell phone case from this company for my daughter for Christmas using my home address for delivery in Swansea, SC. On 11/**/2014 I checked to see where my package was and I was notified that it had been delivered but it was delivered to Staten Island, NY. I called OhCases and they told me that they would ship a replacement and they verified the address they have on file for me is the Swansea, SC address that I previously provided to them. As of today, 12/**/14, I still have not received this package and they are now telling me that it was returned to them via [redacted]. Both times that I called, the same person answered with a foreign accent. Due to their inability to ship a simple package like this to the address that was originally provided to them, I am forced to believe that they are not a legitimate business and are only out to steal consumer's money.Desired Settlement: I have informed them that I want my money back and they "claim" it will be refunded within 24 - 48 hours; however, I feel this company also needs to be investigated as I do not believe they are a legitimate business and they should not be allowed to continue trying to sell products that they never deliver.

Review: I ordered a case from this company over 2 months ago. I never received it. I checked the tracking number and it says it was delivered. However when I filed a case with USPS it was never found. I have been calling OhCases for weeks and cannot be more appalled at the lack of professionalism the representative had. I have been repetitively hung up on after being given the run around. Nobody is doing anything to help solve my problem and it seems that once they realize it is me calling I am deferred or hung up on completely. I have simply asked for a refund or a replacement for the product I never received.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or a working replacement for the product I never received.

Review: I purchased a cell phone charger in May. When I received it, it was defective. I sent it back for a replacement. After numerous phone calls, I finally received my replacement in July. The replacement received in July contained only half the product. I called almost everyday in July for [redacted] to send me the rest of my product which he told me every time I called that he had sent it. I never received it. I sent the product I had back and requested a refund which I have yet to receive. This is called stealing! I will never purchase anything else from Oh Cases.

Review: I ordered the OtterBox Commuter Series for iPhone 4 / 4S - Iceberg Blue / White from this company and they sent me confirmation it shipped on August *. When I look at the shipping information on USPS site it does not show as shipped. I emailed the company and got back an email (in VERY broken English) saying that they shipped it and it must have "gotten lost". They asked me to reconfirm my address and they would reship. I gave it to them again then went on a website that reviews online companies. It sounds like they do this ALL the time and products often never get to the customer.Desired Settlement: I don't trust them. I either want the case this week in the exact color I ordered or a FULL refund to my credit card for the $14.95.

p.s.- Their business practice is not good. They never sent a follow-up email regarding my complaint or stating when a new case was to be delivered. However, ultimately, I got the case I wanted after 3 weeks.

Review: I ordered an item from [redacted], never got the item. I called several times, first time I was told item was lost in mail, they never asked any questions; was told they would send a new one.; nevetr receicved that one, either. I asked about tracking...they said they weren't allowed to track small packeages, I knew this wasn't true. I called a third time; I asked what day it was shipped on, they hung up on me. I called my bank ( Bank of America) as I was afraid they would try to charge my account again. While I was on the phone with [redacted], they called Ohcases...once they said who they were, the rep from ohcases: [redacted], who was the only rep I spoke to in all 3 calls) hung up on the BoA rep. I'm pretty sure Oh cases is just a scam company and never really sent anything out to me, and is just taking money from consumers.Desired Settlement: I would like to see something done with this company so they don't rip someone else off like this, this was horrible. I waited for a month for an Ipod sync cable for my daughter and it never arrived. They should be put out of business.

Review: I placed an order with this company for two items,and paid for them by credit card . I received one of the items and an invoice that showed both. I called the co. and talked with a man named [redacted] apologized to me and told me the other item would be shipped that day 11-**-14 . I have the co. and talked to [redacted] seven times since then his answer is allways the same my order will be shipped the next day. I am unable to beleive this man since he has lied to me at least eight times. I have read numerous complaints very similar to mine about this company. I feel they are a complete fraud!Desired Settlement: Refund cash or certified check.

Review: I placed a order online on july *, 2014. The product arrived promptly 5 days later with one of the products broken. The item purchased/broken was 10ft Hot pink sync cable for iphone5 $10. I called immediately and was told they would send the replacement out no problem. I asked If I needed to return the broken one was told no.after 2 weeks go by I contact the company and the man tells me I will have it by the end of the week. I called numerous more times over the next 2 months!It has now been over 3 months since purchased. I have called a total of 15 times and have even left messages for managememnt! I have received no replacement, no efforts to replace with a different item nor a refund. I'm fed up!Desired Settlement: refund if possible

Review: An order was placed for an iPad case on Oh Cases' website on 11/**/2014. On 11/**, the package had still not arrived so I requested an update on shipping status. On 11/[redacted] responded "As per your query, your package was delayed due to the products not in stock. Please accept our humblest apologies for the inconvenience caused. Today we are going to ship out the orders. You can accept your order delivery in next 3-5 working days." On 12/*, the product had still not arrived and I contacted them for another update. On 12/[redacted] replied "This is to inform you that your order is delayed.This will be your choice if you will wait for your order or you will cancel your order." On 12/* I replied that the order should be canceled immediately and that if I didn't see a credit on my [redacted], I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. There was no response, no credit, and in a few weeks the product arrived at my place of business. I again emailed [redacted] on 12/** to tell me how to return the product and he never got back to me. I had to reorder the product from someone else as this was for business purposes, so now I am stuck with it.Desired Settlement: Due to the amount of time I wasted on this issue, I want a full refund for my purchase without going through the hassle of working with this company to return the goods.

Review: I inadvertently ordered the wrong phone case. I recognized the error and wish to return it. I called the company OH Cases and after repeated phone calls (>8 over two days) they have still failed to email me the return label that they promised. I have been told that I would receive it in a few minutes, then in 24 hours and then in a few minutes again. Today after talking with them they state that it has to go to their shipping department but a label will be sent directly. No label has been sent. I confirmed with them the email address that they have on file with me (this in itself was very difficult, but finally got them to acknowledge my email). They have a 30 day return policy and and I have only had the product for about three days and it has not been opened. I would appreciate any help you could give to me in this matter. Review: Beginning of May I was perusing websites in order to purchase power cord for new Ipod5. I placed 3 items in the ohcases.com cart but did not make the purchase. A couple days later I decided to make the purchase. I paid by credit card. Two days later I receive an email that I needed to "complete" my order. I presumed that there was some error and gave my credit card information again. ** and behold I received TWO packages of the same items. I returned order # [redacted] and have still not received my refund. I have made 3 emails and at least three phone calls. Their Customer service rep was unintelligible because of a thick accent and screaming children in the background. When I told her I could not understand nor hear her, she hung up on nme. Upon my second phone call she claimed that she could not find my orders. I tried to explain that she had to go back to May, but she reiterated that she could not find them and that she could not help me. The order that I received first and kept was #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a reund of the full purchase price PLUS the shipping charges, in total $12.46.

Review: I ordered an otterbox case for an Ipad 3 weeks ago. The website stated it would ship the next business day. Over a week later, I emailed the company and received a reply back from a [redacted] stating there was a problem with the inventory and it would be shipped out 2 days later. He then stated he would send me the tracking information. I never received the email and have not received the product. I have left 2 messages and have not received a phone call in return.Desired Settlement: I would like the order ASAP. If the item cannot be shipped in a timely manner(with real tracking information) then I would like a full refund. This company has many bad reviews online.

Review: I have reason to believe this company has failed to provide service to many customers. I looked up reviews on a website other than their own on this company and found every review to be extremely negative with many people reporting a failure of the company to ship their product. The company was also reported to have failed to ship the correct product or the correct number of products.

My experience is I ordered an adapter from this website. I paid in full and was emailed a receipt. I received an empty envelope with a blank page and empty bag stapled to it. I emailed the company telling them there was a mistake in shipment. They resent it and I received another envelope with a packaging slip that clearly showed what I ordered but again an empty bag stapled to it.

I have emailed them a second time asking the product to be shipped or they give me my money back. I am very upset about this and would like to prevent other people from ordering from this website.Desired Settlement: I believe this website is a scam and would like the company to be reviewed and ultimately shut down to prevent other customers from giving their money to a company that will not send their product or the correct product.

I would also like my money back for the product I bought on this website. I paid with a debit card.

Review: The charger I purchased worked for about a week and then it simply stopped working. I disconnnected the charger from my phone to try using another one, because I thought maybe it was just my phone, and the charger head stayed attached to the phone and the wire came apart and the wires were visible. I contacted them right away and sent pictures with the email saying that I wanted my money back and they emailed me saying that they would return the money between 24-28 hours. It has been a week since and when I emailed them, they said that there is some kind of technical issue and they can't return the money. I wrote them back saying that I wanted the money back asap.Desired Settlement: To refund the full price of the charger.

Review: I ordered an otter box(sp) for my IPad, used my debit card to pay for it online and after 3-5 business days called for status, I was told it was lost in the mail and they were going to get another out to me and should be here in 3-5 business days. My mail came already today on 9-**-11 and nothing from Oh Cases was there. I believe I was scammedDesired Settlement: I want this product, and since it has taken so long to get it so far, I want overnighted by Fed Ex.

Review: I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 OtterBox Defender case from the OhCases website. A week later I received a case, but it was for an IPhone 4S which the packing slip had the billing and shipping details for a gentleman in New York. I called the number on the website and it went to voicemail. I left a message and I did not receive a response. So the next week I called again and they told me I would receive the correct case I ordered in three to five days. A week went by and I did not receive the case. I called again and was told the same thing and they were having issues with shipping. I again waited a week and nothing. I called again and asked to have my payment returned, I was told it would be returned and I would receive an email in 24 to 48 hours regarding the return. I did not receive an email and I again waited a week. I called again and was told the same thing.Desired Settlement: I work in customer service and if I were to treat my clients with such disrespect, I would be fired the next day. I am not asking for a lot, I just want my money back and to move on with my life. This ordeal has consumed my time because getting in contact with this company is like pulling teeth. The funny part of this whole thing is I am not alone. I have a feeling this happens all the time with this site.

[redacted] I have not received any communication from Oh Cases. This was a problem where I had to call every day, multiple times a day to get in contact with the company.

Review: In regards to purchase reference #[redacted], the package did not arrived within the designated time promised. Item was used and packaging was damaged. The product itself was damaged and defective, but had obviously been used before and was not NEW as advertised. I have tried contact the company by phone, email, and through their online chat service - and have not received any response.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund - NOT 4 weeks from now or more as stated on their website. I think this is a scam business and have recently found more online consumer complaints that say as much. They may simultaneously, at the same time of my refurnd, send me a pre-paid, self-addressed package to return their used/damaged product. This is completely unacceptable.

Review: My mother and I ordered a phone case and 2 adapters from OhCases.com on 2/**/14. We received email confirmation for the order a few minutes after it was purchased. The next morning we received an email stating it was shipped. I called a week after that email and found that nothing had been shipped. The female representative advised it would be shipped out the coming Friday. It was not. I called the following Monday and was told it was going to ship that same day. It didn't. I called that following thursday and spoke with a male representative that advised he would put it as a priority shipment and that I would get it that coming Monday or early Tuesday at the latest. I asked for his [redacted] or [redacted] to see if that was true and was advised that he is the customer service [redacted]. I stated I needed to talk to his boss and he said they would call me back in the next 24 hours. No phone call whatsoever. I called today because I still have not gotten the products I paid for. I, once again, spoke with a male representative that advised it would be delivered this coming Thursday. I asked for his [redacted] or [redacted] and was told he was the customer service [redacted] but it was not the same representative as the first time. I asked for his boss 3 times and then was told I would get a callback. I refused this callback because I didn't get one the first time I was told I would. He stated they were unavailable and they couldn't speak to me now. I asked 5 more times to speak to his [redacted] on the same phone call at that time. He proceeded to tell me "We are going in circles and there is no point in this." I advised there would be a point if I spoke with his [redacted]. He refused to get him on the line. So I asked why the products I paid for were not in my possession as of the before Monday or same day Tuesday morning. He stated it was because USPS doesn't deliver priority mail on Saturday's or Sunday's. I have doubt in this but do not actually know. I told him this is ridiculous and once again I want to speak to the [redacted]. He refused to get them on the line. I then stated to him that if I don't have my products by Thursday, because I do not believe they were shipped at all, then I want my money back. I disconnected the call.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome I would like is to have a refund of my products and also the products themselves since I have not received them in almost a month.

In a few days, it will be a month since I placed this order and I have not received my product. I have called and e-mailed the company a total of 16 times ( I have all the e-mails and replies) and they keep telling me there are going to ship it every time I call. 15 of 16 times I have called I have spoke with an individual by the name of [redacted]. I spoke to a representative of the company today (July **, 2014) and she collected my information from the order number I gave her, and advised me that she would call me back in an hour (which was when they were scheduled to close). She never called back and I am still left with none of the products I ordered from this company.

At this point, I feel as though they have used fraud to con me out gf my money and I would like a total refund of this purchase. I will never shop with this so-called company again.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $51.93 charged to my credit card. Additionally, this company should be investigated for fraud as many other customers have the same complaints.
