through my conversation with ryan (technician) I have understood why my computer wasn't working/running the way I wanted it, ryan has told me what viruses had invaded my screen and why the programs and pop-up were constantly appearing, he offered to do work on my computer to clear it and suggested me to purchase added protection with warranty. after an hour or so, he has cleaned up my computer and it is working faster again with no pop-ups

I am very please with their service it was quick and friendly and able to resolved the problem in a timely matter

I have been using this company since July 2015, always excellent service. Prompt and they get the problems resolved quickly and efficiently.

I was distress to find notification of a virus alert and called the number on the screen. At first I was concerned that this company might have been a fraud, but as the call progressed, I found the value of their service. When the technician was to sell me a program, Defender Pro, I was again concerned but went ahead with it. Eventually the technician who performed the correction and clean up called and with about an hour he had completed his work. My apps and files remained and all is working well. I am grateful for this service.

what a cheap place you are I have had more trouble since they got my 224 dollars on 3/9/2016 and when I try to get service their place is so noisy I cannot hear them and they cannot hear me. my computer still screwed up . they play with it for hours and they keep saying does it work I try to tell after I use it for some time then I can tell if it is working I feel like I got ripped off

Customer service reps. are very knowledgeable and courteous.
Also, very patient with me in explaining what had happened and how they could fix it.

I have a [redacted] which my son and friends started installing games and stuff on which they would turn off my security software which place lots of spy ware and malware on my computer. your techs where able clean it up so I can the computer for what I got it for.

I had 15 min. to see how my system worked so far so good ask me again in a couple of months from now.
