Secondly, as per our technicians diagnosis and case reports, we did find viruses in your system, which was causing multiple pop ups and other problems in your computer....

If you felt that there was no problem with your computer running slow and giving you trouble, why did you call us directly? Also, are you not happy with the services provided and is your computer not functioning in a much better manner now?                                      ...⇄ Also, we are unable to understand why you did not contact our support team/billing team in order to get a refund for the services provided to you.
